The room and entire hotel was very clean and put together. The room was very large and bathroom was extremely clean. Hotel was quite and not disruptive.

The check in process took an extremely long time. I am not sure if it was just the people who were taking forever or if it was the front desk person being slow. When I checked in it was pretty quick, but it was obvious the person behind the front was not trying to hurry and get everyone checked in. It was about 1:30 or 2am. I did however stand in line for about 30 minutes waiting to be able to check in. The front desk person was very nice and informative even though it took a while. I was disappointed that breakfast didn't start until 7. We were getting on the road at 6 and google said breakfast would start at 6. The reason I googled it is because I couldn't find the breakfast times on the website or anywhere else.

Location was awesome not too bad of a walk to get to Broadway. Shuttle was still broke down so that was disappointing because there was a heat wave, I wish they had a back up vehicle. Not sure if I would’ve changed hotels since this was the best value closest to the area we wanted to be in even if I would’ve known the shuttle was broke down before I went. Room was very clean. The hot breakfast in the morning was always very good. The guitar shaped pool was a great feature.

Although I loved the guitar shaped pool, the room it was in was so extremely hot that you really couldn’t enjoy it. If you weren’t actually in the pool, you were still dying of the heat with no airflow very humid. I was also bummed that the shuttle was broke down.

This property was one of only 2 in walking distance of teh Nissan Stadium, and we were going to the concert there. It was excellently located and worth every penny to have parking and not fight crowds into an dout of the stadium. Breakfast was quite good- I really liked the eggs and the warm biscuit. I really enjoyed the strong coffee offered on the 2nd floor by check-in. It was excellent, not watery like most places have. Room was very clean and nice, staff was exceptionally friendly.

I wish there were a bar-restaurant in the hotel. As it was, we walked to the La Quinta next door for drinks and food. There is NOTHING else in the area that is walkable for food and drinks. We were going to a concert, driving and parking was a nightmare so thank goodness the LaQuinta had food and drink or else we would have had to buy beer and dinner at the Exxon or at the stadium.

Location to Nissan Stadium. Sold Food and Beverage in the Lobby. Had Refrigerator and Microwave. Beds were Comfortable and Shower was great. Had ample parking. Short Drive to downtown.

The staff was not overly friendly and seemed to be aggravated when asked simple questions. There was no fitness center. I asked the front desk for room service on one day and did not receive it. Some of the front desk personnel need to take a in depth hospitality training course.

We stayed here many years ago and it was in fair condition and cleanliness. We saw that it was remodeled and gave it a try. We travel a lot and this is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in in a while. The bathroom was very clean including the faucet and drains and the corners of the floor which are often overlooked even in the better hotels we frequent. The towels are larger than most and veery fluffy. The breakfast was typical but it was well cleaned and well stocked. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. A bonus for me is that there is an armed security officer during the night. Also, the shuttle was a nice perk.

There was nothing that I needed during my stay that could have been improved.

Ice cold showers We stayed 6 days left and lost one days room rate because hot water was hit and miss. Husband took ice cold shower first day! When I asked the girl she assured it was getting fixed, never did, management never mention it, although a lot of people complained and left early. Absolutely no compensation for inconvenience or having to leave early. It was New Year’s Eve so it was hard to move rooms and I prepaid. Cold shower/no compensation wipes out all the great amenities.

We liked the free parking, the shuttle service to the downtown area was fantastic, the location, the breakfast. The hotel has a road right in front of it but we weren't bothered by any noise from it but it was a Tuesday night with nothing going on at Nissan stadium.

Staff was polite and we really didn't have much interaction with them but my friend was asked twice (by different employees) if she had a room there. We found it a little weird. Both of our key cards didn't work to open the room at 8 am. We had to go to the front desk to get them fixed. Not a huge deal, just inconvenient.

A great base to explore Nashville if you do not want to be based in the hurly burly of downtown. There is a regular free shuttle to and from downtown which takes about ten minutes. Rooms are quiet and very comfotable and spacious. breakfast is basic but as it is included in the room rate it is a good start to the day as "top-ups" in town are plentiful.

Some items at breakfast could temporarily run out if it is busy.

It’s convenient to walk to downtown Nashville. Nice breakfast and comfortable beds. Very clean rooms.

Construction at the Titans stadium was a bit hard to get around. $25 fee for parking in the hotel lot for hotel guests was a bit absurd since the rooms are a bit pricey. The woman at the front desk needs to smile when greeting guests or at least fake a smile. Lots of homeless around the hotel. This is the second time we’ve stayed there in the past 2 years. Not as good as the first time.

Bathroom was excellent, loved the design of the shower. Sturdy, modern look. Easy water turn on. Clean room. Cinnamon waffles were delicious. Bagels were good.

The hallways were very hot and uncomfortable. The room was hot until we worked the a/c. Sheets were clean but old looking. I hated the fact I was charged $ 50 for parking when I was a guest just because the Muic City Bowl was going on. Eggs were not edible at breakfast.
