We came here for a three night stay. We booked the one bedroom deluxe. Check was easy and front desk answered any questions we had. Elevators were quick unlike what some other reviews said and we were on the 12th floor. The apartment was great. Definitely booking here again. Super clean rooms and black out curtains in addition to those panels that don't block out much light. Bed and pillows were nice. The central air kicks in quickly once you adjust the temperature. Tv in the bedroom and common room. The balcony comfortably sit two chairs and a table. The island table has tall chairs for extra seating. The pool and hot tub (not hot but lukewarm) were fairly empty both Friday and Saturday which was nice. There a separate beach towels you can use instead of using your own apartment towels. There's a no glass policy so just as long as your drinks are in a can, you're good to go. There's a convenient store around the corner that has everything you need so that was a plus. 6 min walk from the strip which was great because it's close enough and the party sound doesn't keep you up while trying to sleep.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here but usually on the 30th floor. The apartment was clean & in a great location. The bed wasn’t comfortable, the mattress sinks in the middle. It needs to be replaced. The facility & staff were great. We will definitely return.

Parking garage was well lit and seemed a reasonable rate for the area. Very convenient to park in garage and be right by lobby. Employees were all very friendly, professional and check in was easy. Maintenance worker was friendly and came right away to address a very minor issue. Spotless and clean .... balcony was huge with great views. Highly recommended staying here. Short walk to Broadway and other attractions. Great area, secure and well maintained building. Front desk lobby staff were wonderful 👏 full size kitchen appliances, fridge, dishwasher and in room laundry! Wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect set up for extended vacation to cook and prepare meals. Lobby staff will accept grocery and other deliveries. Excellent value.

There was nothing I did not like. I can't even nitpick and find an issue to bring up. Perfect location and accommodation for Nashville stay.

My daughter and I stayed in a one bedroom deluxe sky. We were on the 30th floor and the view was amazing. It was the perfect size, views were amazing, amenities were plentiful. There is a DGX (Dollar General) right around the corner (2 min walk) that has everything you could need. It was cold during our trip but we stayed nice and toasty inside watching Netflix. The smart TV makes every subscription service available just like home. We didn't cook but the full size kitchen gives you the option.

I didn't like that I wasn't informed of the parking amount beforehand. It was $40 overnight. I didn't mind paying it but I think that should be shared and not be an unexpected expense to out of towners.

Perfect location, for downtown, easy in and out from the city, 3 minute walk to Broadway Street or to catch the Trolley. There is a dollar general for on the same block. Easy check in and out. We liked staying on the 29th floor!

Nothing really, many reviews say the elevators are slow but they were really didn’t have a problem with them. The parking is $40 bucks a day and a bit confusing at first but worked seamlessly once we figured it out. The Nashville bar scam is the worst paying employees 2.13 per hour while raking in 10-16 per beer. They should call it the Nashville sweat shop!

The front desk staff were great. They made checking in and just coming in simple and welcoming. The place overall was great, but with room for improvements.

While the room was somewhat clean, it was very clear when we first arrived that it could've been a lot cleaner (crumbs on the floor, out of the way areas ignored, etc). Also, the room simply could rarely get warm enough to be super comfortable. Note that it was VERY cold outside during our stay, but the heat didn't stay in too well. Also, having additional hangers in the place (definitely not enough), more things like a broom/dustpan/etc. would've been very useful. The TV setup often wouldn't work and/or failed and the Internet was not great.

Just wow! I have stayed in Nashville twice before and never have been as impressed with accomodation as I was with Placemakr 😍 easy contactless check in, fully furnished apartment with everything you could need which was so clean too! Any queries were quickly replied to by text message by lovely staff. Location is absolutely fab you are literally a 2 minute walk from the centre - I will definitely be booking the apartments again without a doubt next time I’m in Nashville Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable

More pros than cons! Very nice property; ease of checking in; ease of use of parking garage; excellent downtown location, close to Broadway and major downtown sites. Loved the room; small balcony; good size bathroom; ample hot shower water; cozy bedroom; plenty of closet space; nice having a kitchen and living area. Several dining options very close by. PIN code entry so need for a key card. In room washer and dryer. Very good value for the money

I asked twice to speak to a manager over a minor item; however, the manager never reached out to me. Minor annoyances…but would have been nice to have…no Kleenex tissues; for 2 people/ 4 nights should have extra towels; no utensils; not enough Keurig coffee pods; sofa not comfortable (back is way too low). Not enough clothes hangers.

Each staff member we interacted with was extremely wonderful and helpful. We arrived before our room was available and they took our bags and stored them safely for the time being. We were even able to use the locker room to get ready for an afternoon out instead of having to sit around waiting. The kitchen, fridge, space in the main living area was great. LOVED having a balcony just to get some fresh air out on, have a morning coffee. SO close to broadway but not too close. Perfect couple minutes of walking and nearby some great restaurants.

Honestly we enjoyed majority, if not, every bit of our stay here.

The location was perfect for hanging out at night. It was a last minute booking so I could avoid a snowstorm, but instead of being stuck in a room, I was able to walk and hang out on Broadway. I stayed in two different rooms. The first one was a one bedroom suite - surprisingly large and the second was a studio on a high floor (got to watch the snow all day!) that was like a regular hotel room, but larger and with a very nice kitchen. I don't think the staff suffers fools, but they were very nice and quick to help when I left something in the previous room and nice to chat with at the end of my evening.

I loved everything, the parking lot was also great, but pay attention to their tips on which part gets you to what door if you need efficiency.
