Good value. Excellent service. Always listened and served to complaints. Mail hold service. Ample towels and tissues. House keeping provided as and When requested but property very clean. Nice and friendly staff.

No utensils/cookware provided. Had to rent or buy own.

The customer service was amazing Candis, Tierra, Latrice are amazing they definitely was professional an very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s nothing I don’t like about it

I enjoyed staying at the Woodspring Suites. First the location is nestled in a area lending to a sense of peacefulness,open & airy. The price is reasonable and easy on ones budget. Inside, the staff is personable ,helpful and provide professional service. I appreciate good management.The building is clean and well kept & no malodor. I heard no noises in the hallways. The amenities are more than adequate & modern, stove top but no oven but a lrge new microwave, also includes a flat screen tv & wifi. The rooms are spacious and welcoming.No complaints at all. My only regret is that I wasn't aware of this ES earlier. I would definitely recommend the Woodspring Suites to others.

I can't think of much except maybe more nearby eateries and nearby stores/ comercialism within 2- 6 miles( walking distance ) maybe. I don't know if there is nearby Marta transportation however these things would be useful.

Mattress was lumpy and not comfortable

The staff was amazing big ups too the two ladies at the front desk they helped me out and was never rude always smiling and Nicely dressed . They made my stay so comfy.

Location and price was decent.

The remote to the tv didn't work. Roaches are present and they are not scared! The cigarette smell in the hallways is overwhelming! One the cabinet doors wasn't attached. Overall it wasn't to bad.

Great location close to QuikTrip the highway and Kroger.

I'm like most extended stays that update and the price will go down the longer you stay but it seem like the longer I stayed the more money I pay. $963 every two weeks is a lot of money for such a small space but it was very comfortable and the staff was nice. They really need to work on the smell it smells really bad especially in the hallways all you smell is cats and dogs. Only three of the washing machines work and they wouldn't refund you your money you had to call the company that actually delivered the equipment to the hotel.

Had to spray the room for unwanted guest(bugs) and the fridge worked off and on, other than that the stay went as expected.
