Staff very friendly. Location was convenient.

Card key didn't open outer doors, even after having them reset. Had to walk around to the front entrance and knock on the door to be let in. Room felt damp, although not surprised as it was very humid outside. Not the fault of facility.

Didn’t like having the housekeeper knocking at 9:20am the day of the check out asking if we were leaving or staying. Check out is at 11am, they should have a list of people leaving and not bothering to ask. But overall, everything else was good

The staff accommodated or needs as we requested. They were definitely their to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. Absolutely love the courtyard with a fountain!

Hubby commented about the hard floors (he likes carpeting).

the staff was extremely helpful and nice. The young lady that evening was such a delight when I checked in!!

Beds a little hard. The hallways and door was deceiving was mediocre appearance till you walked in the room very nice from what you see on the outside.

All I have to say is Carol took care of me n my baby she made check in a breeze and she made us feel comfortable Thank you soooo much for everything Ms Carol u are truly appreciated

My only complaint would be a young man hanging around the side door who propositioned my daughter and made her uncomfortable.

The place was remarkably clean. I noticed they worked at it.

There was a bit of noise, not sure whether from a nearby room or the courtyard downstairs. The exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work, which I never would have noticed if it hadn't rained and room got stuffy after a shower l.

The toilet seat area was very small and there was nothing for me to hold onto setting myself down and trying to get back up again. also, though the room was very clean, the floor base above the rug was rusty and needed to be replaced.

One exit down and short trip to Truist Park without having to pay for overpriced hotels within walking distance of park. Was clean and comfortable for a budget motel.

An older property and could use a little updating. Had a funky smell in my be hallway, but couldn’t smell it in room.

Very clean rooms! We also had a connecting room with family we traveled with.

Hotel was a little older, but super clean which made it awesome!
