The room was perfectly clean, new, modern, comfortable. There was everything one could wish for. Good breakfast, but the same stuff every day

The only thing that left a bad aftertaste was the staff that tried to overcharge my friends when all the prices are listed on booking. I don’t know if they just made a mistake or were trying to rip my friends off, but that definitely needs some supervision.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and comfortable. However, what really stood out to me was the service, especially from a woman named Svetlana. She was serving coffee at the breakfast restaurant and truly made my mornings. She was incredibly kind, always smiling, and so attentive to every guest. Her warmth and friendliness made my stay even more enjoyable. I really appreciated her hospitality and the positive energy she brought to the restaurant. Overall, I had a fantastic stay, and Svetlana’s exceptional service was a highlight of my experience!

I have stayed at the Hotel numerous times over the years and always found it to be welcoming and friendly. It has a great atmosphere, the rooms are quite good and very clean, the breakfast is also very good.

The bath room was a bit on the small side, the parking was a little on the expensive side. However these things would not deter me from stopping there again, which I hope will not be too far away. OH, nearly forgot, a maid knocked on the door and started to enter the room very early in the morning, so we were not very happy about that but did manage to get back to sleep.

I booked the hotel because of its location—outside of tourist routes, in the city, but near the airport. After staying in the place, I can confirm that the hotel location was perfect for my needs. The front desk staff was very welcoming, both during check-in and check-out. There are many restaurants of different levels and cousins around, a grocery store just next door, and a good commute to the city center, tourist spots, and the airport. The rooms are very spacious and basic, with good sound isolation. The bathroom is well-supplied. The rooms are in good condition. Great windows have a view of the city and lovely illumination. There are blackout curtains. Spacious lobby with various sitting options, chargers, chill, and work areas.

Only 2 things could have been better: 1. Smart TV so that I could stream video via WiFi from my phone 2. Pillows selection, so there was a choice on firmness of the pillows (they are incredibly soft, I prefer harder ones)

We liked the room, it had everything we needed, and the room was quite cozy. There was a pleasant atmosphere in the lobby, a good location, and accessible transportation. The breakfast was varied and quite tasty. There was filtered coffee (although unfortunately not every day), the room was clean, and the condition of the rooms was good. It was quiet enough, with no outside noise or noise from neighboring rooms. Good blackout curtains. Excellent shower.

The lady at the reception tried to charge us more than what was stated on Booking.com. Since we transferred the exact amount in Czech crowns that our room cost on the Booking.com website, the payment did not go through. The second time, the lady entered the exact amount shown on Booking.com without us saying anything. One might think it was a mistake, but our friends were also almost overcharged, though in a different way. Additionally, we were very surprised by a sudden minibar check by the staff while we were still packing and had not checked out yet. They just entered our room and checked it. The potatoes at breakfast were obviously poorly washed, with dirt crunching on them. This was the case in two dishes containing potatoes.

I will start by saying that from the location you can access easily most objectives in prague using public transport. The room was spacious, with really modern furniture, a nice bathroom and all the necessary facilities. The breakfast was also rich and good.

While the staff was generally nice and helpful, I must say that this one interaction made me rate it a 9. Some of the rooms in my proximity were really loud, banging and listening to music on really high volume. It only got solved after calling the reception more than 6 times and finally asking for the reception manager.

The location was great! It is right next door to the subway and there is a small grocery store and pharmacy right next door as well. The train is also right out in front of the hotel. There is a park across the street with festivals and such and there are fast-food stores and pizza shops within walking distance down the street and around the corner. You can also buy the Lime scooter pass and get to Old Town Square where all the local shops and such are. I thoroughly enjoyed myself!!! This is a great hotel for US visitors!!!

The room was very spacious and comfortable, it looked like newly renovated. Noise isolation was also good, as we could not hear anything from the streets or other rooms. The staff was always super kind and responded quickly to my questions/needs, which I appreciated. I also liked that the hotel is careful about the environment and it allowed to not change the towels everyday, but only when needed. The location of the hotel is just perfect (both for reaching the airport and city center)

The pillow was extremely uncomfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and requested daily for a second pillow, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and we could not get a second pillow to improve the situation.

Very nice hotel. Friendly helpfull staff who all speak English very well. Facilities are good. Room was spacious just like the bed. Good clean bath and shower. Breakfast was very good. Huge choice of foods and a cook on site who can make fried eggs and other things. Ideal place for business travellers (good wifi) who don't necessarily need to be in the city centre. And for tourists the hotel is situated right next to a subway station (100m) which takes you to city centre in a few minutes.

The hotel is within walking distance (2-3 minutes) to a tram station and a subway. The breakfast was delicious, and there were a lot of options to choose from, like: freshly made fried eggs and omelette, sausages, potatoes, salads, all kinds of cereal and fruit. The staff was very nice and accommodating. There is one ironing room on each floor. The room was pretty clean, an 8/10, I would say. There were no slippers in the room, but when I requested them, they were given to me.

The heating system didn't really work. The temperature was the same even if the thermometer was set on 20 or 25 degrees. The radiator in the bathroom was working well.
