The property is modern and overall clean. Has its own garage located in the underground level. Check-in can be done through their self check-in terminals or at the reception desk. Our room was facing the backyard and therefore it was mostly quiet aprt from some guests who where yelling late at night while parking their cars. The hotel had set up the sofa bed for our child to sleep in which was very kind as we didn't ask for it. The bed itself in the room was a vert comfortable king size bed. Bathroom was clean and spacious. There is a shelf on the second floor where they have some board games which you can borrow and play with. Check-out was very easy as well through their terminals. As our purpouse of this trip was an appointment at the US Embassy, we booked this hotel because it is located just a few minutes away and easily reachable by a short walk. The reception has already prepared a small sheet with walking directions to get there.

From my point of view the parking could be included in the price of the stay per night as many other hotel chains do so.

Clean, spacious room, including the bathroom. The bed was really comfortable. The sofa bed was larger than expected. It is conveniently located near two bus / tram stops, and within walking distance from the US Consulate. There’s also an Aldi and McDonald’s nearby. A few bus stops away is a more lively, commercial area. The self-check in counter was pretty cool.

We were only there for one night, and checked in on a holiday, so there weren’t that many staff members. The shower head was snapped broken so we couldn’t take a shower. But again, we were only there for one evening.

Everything, from the moment I booked the room the staff was really responsive and helpful. We made a couples trip to celebrate my birthday and the hotel was able to give us a room upgrade and even had decorated a bit in the room to make it even more special. The staff in the restaurant as well as the food was really great and, once again, they were just amazing once they knew we were celebrating. We checked out almost one hour after the designated time and the reception was just really flexible about it.

Very friendly and helpful staff, big and spacious rooms to ensure your comfort. Just a 15-minute bus ride to the city centre. The bus/tram stop is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. There is also a small gym and a sauna that can be used anytime at no extra cost.

It's very expensive considering it's not in the city centre. I understand that being very close to the US embassy is probably the biggest reason for this. The breakfast is delicious however the bakery section is very limited, just mini croissants that tasted like they have been recycled for several days and only 3 or 4 types of small bread rolls. Other than that I cannot complain about the breakfast!

Great breakfast, excellent location for travel by car with underground car parking. Also useful is the ability to extend your stay by the hour for up to three hours and the transparency around pricing for this.

There was a power cut in the entire street the morning of our departure, which meant the lifts weren't working. Not sure whether emergency power supply could be extended to the lifts considering the hotel has four levels.

The breakfast was very nice and the hotel was much better than I expected. Also it was very close to the place where I had to be early the next morning so it was very convenient and I managed to take a short walk to get to my appointment as the breakfast was starting at 6:30 am. It was perfect as my appointment was at 7:30

I arrived late at night and the only choice for snacks or something to eat given to me by the staff, was to walk to the gas station which was also closed at 11:30 pm and I only managed to get a packet of chips from the gas station. It would be nice to provide some kind of room service.

Large rooms, good breakfast, without sweets: bread, sausage, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, sausages, mushrooms, beans, scrambled eggs, but chocolate/nut paste, and coffee/tea; comfortable beds; for 10 euros per hour you can extend your stay. In the room there are bathrobes, slippers, kettle, tea and coffee.

The air conditioner had a life of its own and worked on heat only, outside the highway and open windows is inconvenient - noisy from outside. On the robe was someone else's dark hair. So, a good simple hotel 4*, but ... soulless.

Excellent range of breakfast foods and you can get eggs made-to-order for breakfast. There are two restaurants in walking distance and a few shops, including a supermarket. A 10 minute walk to U5 subway and 2 minutes to the bus. Shuttle transfer to the airport took around 25 minutes during morning rush hour and cost around 60 Euro. Good neighbourhood, especially when you compare it to the many hotels around the central train station. There is on-site parking for 15 Euro for a night/ 24 hours.

We stayed 3 separate nights and on the last night there was a rather noisy sports group in the hotel (teenagers). Otherwise they were well behaved, though. A 1 litre bottle of ordinary sparkling water would have been better than the 0.5 litre bottle of fancy still water.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and perfectly connected with centre by tram. Breakfast hall is welcoming and food is varied, high quality, perfect. Lady Gurleen Kaur at the reception has been simply perfect, helped us a lot for a problem about safe and also about the utilization of computer and in general she was friendly, precise and very professional.

Cleaning of the room was lacking and almost always they didn't add soap and shampoo we had consumed.

The room is very clean and comfortable , especially bathroom with new sanitary ! I choose the hotel because of location by the level of service was really very good. Just one thing- I had late arrival at 1am and wasn’t informed about check out at 11am assuming that it’s at 12, as used to be, due to this I checked out at 11.50am and was unpleasantly surprised about 10 euro penalty. My comment about late arrival didn’t work and it looked unlikely that the hotel was fully booked. It would be good to have some exceptions in such cases . Thank you
