This is my second stay at this lovely accommodation, in a month. The rooms are immaculate, spacious and quiet. I love the little kitchen. The location is fabulous. 1.5 blocks from a convenient metro station. There are coffee shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby. The breakfast(6 - 10) is a real winner, and the restaurant has excellent dinner service, as well. Once again I received exemplary customer service, from both gentlemen, at the front desk upon check in, and from Carla and Amanda upon checkout. The staff here really goes above and beyond.

I loved the modern and clean feel of the apartment, which had a cozy and welcoming design. The kitchen was well-equipped with a stove, fridge, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. The white bath towels and bed sheets were fresh and added a nice touch of comfort. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

While I enjoyed my stay, there were a few small things that could have made it even better. Although there was a kettle in the unit, there was no tea provided, so I had to go to a restaurant to grab some. It would have been nice to have a small tea kit available. Additionally, a few extra bath items like cotton pads and ear sticks would have been helpful. Despite these minor points, everything else was wonderful, and I had a great experience overall!

Every thing about our stay at the Rioca Hotel was simply fantanstic. The room was spotless and beatifully decorated, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The location is perfect, two subway lines just around the corner, making it super easy to explore the city. The staff so friendly, nice and helpful in specially Amanda at the front desk, who made our stay even more enjoyable. From check-in to check out, she was very nice, helpful and radiated joy. Thanks Amanda, your warm personality added such a personal touch to our experience. The breakfast was delicious and the true highlight was the view from the restaurant (7th floor) the Frankfurt skyline at night was simple amazing. The Brazilian flair throughout the hotel, from the vibrant decor to the warm ambiance, it felt like a slice of Brazil in the heart of Frankfurt. We recommend heavly Rioca Hotel and will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Frankfurt.

The staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice and new. The room is very spacious

No daily cleaning to the rooms: housekeeping is once every 3 days The location is not far from the center (12 minutes by uber) but almost in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing around: barely a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. No restaurants, no bars (except the one of the hotel) around. Public transportation is not nearby. There is a gym in the same building: but no access to the gym for hotel guests. My room was on the 1st floor, could often hear weird beat noise often at night.

The room was clean. Compared to the room in the Hotel Posto 3 in Munich which belongs to the same hotel chain, the room in Frankfurt was smaller, even though the interior design was almost identical. The hotel is easy to reach by subway and bus. The neighborhood itself is quite calm. There are, however, multiple nice restaurants and cafés within walking distance.

Some other Rioca hotels have a fitness room/gym. They did not have that in Rioca 7. A fitness room or collaboration with the gym chain on the ground floor of the building would have been a nice bonus.

What a discovery Rioca Frankfurt was for me. From the moment I walked to the reception and was greeted by ANA, with her genuine warm welcoming smile, I knew that I was in the right hotel. Although I had arrived early for check in and was prepared to leave my bag and return later, she said that she would check if my room was ready, and it was. Everything after that...ambience, design, and decoration was a feast for my senses...and speaking of feasts...what a delicious hearty breakfast the following morning. The kitchen facilities were amazing in my room, and next time I will make full use of them.

Really there was nothing that I did not like...loved the aroma of hemp in the front lobby and the sound of birdsong in the hallway...I felt I was elsewhere....even the lift experience with the information boards about Rio and the Copa Cabana.

Brand new hotel, modern and elegant rooms decorated with much taste and a nice Brazilian touch. We adored the very special rain forest bathroom and the kitchenette, which has everything for dining in the room (useful for longer stays). Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, the reception and restaurant for breakfast and dinner are situated on the 7th floor, offering best views on the city skyline. Located next to the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and sharing premises with a student residence, Rioca is young and dynamic in its atmosphere. Excellent public transport connections to the centre (10m), though we profited from lovely walks through pleasant residential quarters to the old town (30min).

Everything is excellent, perhaps only the heavy-traffic road outside may disturb lighter sleepers (should request a room on the garden side)

We were really impressed by Rioca, especially for the price. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We also really like the location, which is on the outskirts of the city and therefore quiet and more relaxed, but still in walking distance to tons of restaurants and cafes. It was also great that the hotel has on-site parking (for a nightly fee). Our unit had a nice little kitchen and seating area, which was convenient. Everything was brand new and easy to use. We will definitely be staying here again.

New hotel, well equipped room.

Hotel pushes client to pay online one day before arrival, and online payment from the mobile device is inconvenient and faulty. Also they they asked me the same information on online pre-check in every visit, asking too much information every time, asking to upload photo of the ID and then to write lots of information from the same ID. Annoying and inconvenient.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! Me and my family were warmly welcomed by the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. And the breakfast was a real highlight, besides the delicious buffet with Brazilian specialities, you can eat admiring the beautiful view of Frankfurt. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!
