Location. Our room attendant, housekeeping was great.

Some front desk staff. During check in I was initially asked for a 6k PHP deposit in cash (which we were not made aware of during booking) but told the staff my husband will give the deposit once he returns from parking our car. When my husband went to reception, he was told by another front desk staff that we had to provide 15k PHP deposit in cash only. This was absurd and told them he was informed it was only 6k. The other staff I spoke to then intervened and settled the issue. To the hotel management, you’ve got a nice hotel and some great staff but please kindly ensure you inform your guests beforehand, during reservations, that you require a cash deposit of a certain amount.

This was our 2nd 2023 & 2024year of stay in Astoria (Ortigas). We stayed in a suite 2 bedroom and 2 bath. The unit is spacious and well kept. They are not very strict as to the number of occupants in the suite room (not sure about the other types of unit). The best that I like is that when you request for something to be delivered or any request you made, the front desk will calll to confirm if you have received or completed our request. The housekeepers are very polite and kept our unit clean and tidy. The front desk are very respetful and made sure that our requests were attended. The Astoria Cafe staff are very approachable. Special shout out to Berline (one of the supervisors) who made sure that our request for food delivery in our room was accommdated. We have a family member who is diabetic and a kidney transplant patient. We requested to have a meal that is not very sweet and not too salty. It was delivered every breakfast only and it had good choices of food.

The only thing that we did not like and I mentioned this during our first year of stay. This is for a 2 bedroom and bathroom unit. Their bathroom has a bathtub type. It has very high step that if you have leg issues, it is not safe. Their shower has half-covered glass. If you are the type the splashes water, it is not safe because water sprinkles on the floor. You got to be very careful as it maf cause "slip and fall". Hopefully, they do something about it.

Very nice restaurant at motel and the food was very good..staff was excellent..facilities were clean and the staff was excellent..spacious rooms with large flat screen tv's that have Netflix and other streaming apps..nice refrigerator and dinning room table in the rooms...rooms were like a apartment more than a motel room.

Air conditioner in the living room area of the room didn't work very well and only blew luke warm air and the room was too warm. The air conditioning in the bed room worked as expected, but still while the temperature in the bedroom area was as expected, the living room area was too warm because the air conditioning didn't work well and needed maintenance...shower drain in the bathroom was slow draining and the water would pool in the shower. The facility needs better maintenance.

Impressive Staff! I stayed for 4 nights. m Professionally trained staff - attentive, responsive, courteous & caring.  I can tell they were well trained. The breakfast in Cafe Astoria is worth every penny. It has the best food I have ever had in a buffet style. Shout out to the daily staff who consistently took care of us- Ador,Berlie,John Mark and Mark. The security & bell staff who assisted us every time we need transportation or luggage handling - Gerard,Gibson & John. The front desk receptionist Jomae who handled my check in & the upgraded & set up of the room to cater our needs.  We were spoiled! Thank you for the great experience. The room we got was a family suite. It had a nice living room & dining area. Each room had a good amount of storage for clothing. Furniture is comfortable and practical. The TV has smart set up , link to Netflu, YouTube, and even Apple. The bed was very comfortable. The white linens were silky & smooth. In summation, the room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Location of the hotel is close proximity to all the malls, restaurants, and offices. It's definitely a great spot to use as a base.

Lobby is small. It can get crowded sometimes. The bathroom is small and tight. The glass door meant to block water from the shower is too narrow, so every time we shower, the floor gets flooded. The unit itself needs a little some maintainance and thorough cleaning like the door hooks knobs and grout on the kitchen & bathroom.

Spacious area for living, dining and bedroom.

We were assigned the same room. Its still old and needs renovation. Hope they will add washing machine in the future. Elevator availability it needs to be faster. Also the security guard lack of umbrella to offer when we needed it hence we just routed to using the car for us to travel even if it was a short distance from the hotel. The parking validation its not updated when we need to park a new car already.

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious enough to accommodate our guests so we're really happy about this. The cleaner arrives daily it was only one time in our entire stay that they missed our room.

Parking staff is always slow. Room given to us is quite old but I heard the hotel is renovating some were completed already so I was hoping the new room was given to us instead. There were some mini cockroaches and the cleaner didn't wash the glasses or plates neatly. We asked for a replacement glass but didn't arrive.

The rom, One Bedroom Suite was jist perfect for our small fam of 3. We were greeted with beautiful spacious suite with jist everything that we need, living room, small kitchen, nice and pretty bedroom, clean bathroom, smart tv inside the room and in the living room, dining table and chairs and a well ventilated unit. The staff wete all courteous, nice kind and accommodating, the pool is clean and I love the simplicity of it. Buffet breakfast is a must try they do serve really good food. Shuttle service from hotel to bearby malls Overall we promised ourselves that we will come back and try the 2 bedroom suite and we are excited to be there again.

The lobby, too small for a hotel with beautiful rooms. They should make it bigger I dont know how but it should be bigger.

the staff especially Bon, the assistant front manager? who helps us with our queries., that give us the impressions that we are been taken care in our stay there. She is always smiling and easily to approach if you have question or concern. All staff are great and excellent.

The bathroom which is small and the floor outside the tub get wet or soak with water because no sliding door or curtain when you take a bath or shower.

Tthe facilities need checking; tv has a defective speaker & ac in one room is not so cold. It would help if they put basic items like dishwashing & hand soap in the kitchen and free netflix acct. Unfortunately, we were given 4 single beds instead of 1 queen bed & 2 single beds. Also, it is very difficult to get a transporation to and from the hotel and we were not able to avail of the hotel transpo since its past 6pm.
