The location was perfect for walking to key attractions and was very well served by the Metro and Buses. Staff couldn’t help enough and were all friendly, polite and welcoming 🤗 Room was small which we knew but it was ideal as we only slept there. It was well equipped with everything we needed (coffee machine, water, fridge, ample storage space) This is a warm and welcoming personal hotel. We will go back. Due to some medical treatment I am having I made a request to check in early which the staff arranged, this made all the difference for me.

I found a glittery hair slide on the floor just under the bed, not sure the cleaner had cleaned there. The rest of the room was very clean 🥰

Small intimate hotel. Wonderful helpful staff. Immaculately clean. Recently renovated. Safety features for entry to hotel and elevator and rooms. Some rooms have the view of Arc de Triomphe! Nice rooms, modern decor and bathrooms. Very very clean. Breakfast is fantastic. A variety of breakfast foods, buffet style in a cozy breakfast area. High qualit food - all fresh. Wonderful location, just 2 streets from l'Arc de Triomphe and the Paris Metro. Super residential neighborhood with restaurants, grocery and pharmacy stores in the immediate. Wonderful restaurant across the street L'Arc Cafe. Lots of stores and restaurants in the nearby area. Great to walk up toward the Arc and walk down Champs-Élysées or get on the Metro! We hope to be able to return. GREAT Neighborhood!!!

Lovely hotel, great location, really good value. Not sure why it's not reviewed above a 9 to be honest given what they offer for the price... It's both on the edge of Ternes (bit more residential) which can be a bit quieter/ great selection of restaurants nearby which is why I wanted something in this part of town but also in view of Arc de Triomphe and this hotel was absolutely perfect. - It's a couple of minutes walk to metro 1 and an RER stop - very handy for connections to the airport and a lot of the main tourist spots. - Looks like the classic style building on the outside - Clean and modern on the inside - great staff - will be using this again if I'm back in Paris/La defence

Good and comfortable stay and great, professional and helpful staff, these are the wonderful ones at the reception (Xue liao , Tacou and Loukiane + manager )and there are special ones in breakfast and cleaning the rooms. Although the hotel is 4 stars and a private hotel, its services and treatment are equivalent to 5 star hotels. The location is more than wonderful, very close to the Arc de Triomphe on Carnot Street and is characterized by tranquility Great breakfast . The hotel has two rooms connected by one external door, which are suitable for families. I was in one room and my two daughters were in another room. The rooms have a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules and water provided daily. Water is available for refilling in the basement. There is also a washing machine, clothes dryer and iron in the basement.

The only thing is that there is no one to carry the bags to and from the rooms, and I think that it is the policy of the 4 hotels around us that they do not provide this service, knowing that there is a wonderful manager, whose name I unfortunately did not know, upon arrival she agreed to take them to the rooms herself, and I refused that and thanked her for her initiative.

Overall, the best stay I had in Europe was definitely worth the money spent. The hotel upgraded me to the best-view rooms with a balcony that can see the Arc de Triomphe and a beautiful sunset. It is the perfect location, very close to the train station, bakery, restaurant, cafe, and supermarket. They even offered a complimentary refill of sparkling and still water. The hair dryer was very fancy, and the facilities in the room were great. Would come back again in future stays in Paris.

My wife and I think it was a perfect stay. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel was fixing the movable glass in the shower; it might be safer if it could be fixed (like glued).

we absolutely LOVED our stay! First of all, the hotel is in a very beautiful area and is only a few steps away from Arc de Triomphe. There are various points of access for public transportation including the RER A, which was very convenient. There are a lot of good cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, and shops around the area too. Was hoping to get a room with balcony, but we didn't. Even so, the room was spacious enough for the two of us and we still had a lovely view. It is big by European standards. You can also adjust the AC temperature to your liking no matter what the weather is. We also have complimentary breakfast, and the food was surprisingly very good. There were hot items, cold cuts, cheese, pastries, yogurt, fruits, and even a dumpling bar and instant ramen station! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a hotel in Paris. We will stay here again once we return to Paris!

we loved this hotel. we got the room with the arc de triumph view, the metro was right in front of the hotel which was SO convenient, we easily commuted everywhere, the staff were really helpful, the rooms were really clean and the housekeepers were the sweetest. they were always happy to help and always met our needs. front desk staff were very responsive and helped us always.

very minor i believe when the rooms are being cleaned they open the windows during the cleaning process so at night we were surprise to find a huge insect (looked like a massive cricket) on our ceiling, scared me but i understand because there are trees in front of the hotel - seemed just as a one off.

An excellent location for our purpose which was the Paris Marathon, so ideal for the start and finish. Hotel staff were all extremely helpful and friendly - the Reception, cleaners, caterers etc. They helped with directions and travelling round the city, filling our water bottles, bringing extra teabags etc to the room, nothing was too much trouble. The room was of a very high standard and the breakfast was lovely too, we would recommend staying there to anyone. Thank you all at the hotel.

The room was very clean, the staff were so friendly, polite and supportive and answer all of our questions and requests, the location of the hotel is excellent, the owner of the hotel tried to consider all of possible facilities for guests in one small area 😊 Before arriving, I requested for one room in a special location of the hotel and my request respectfully answered 👌🏻🌸

The room were so small, and there were not enough place for more than one luggages !

it was nice , near to champ-Elyees .. we were arrive before check in time and we leave our baggage in hotel for a few hours , the team was kindly because i tell them it was one of us birthday and they are decorate our room with ballons i really appreciate that, also for the security only guest they can open the entrance with own card

no thing matter just the bathroom verey small but it's ok & if you are use "usa" cable you need to bring with you travel cable
