The service very bad. We asked for a plate to have Dinner they said we need pay 519 Rupee for the plate. We called thrice in a day for the house keeping. They don’t have any extra bed providing facility for the guest even if you are willing to pay.

The room entrance cards were horrible. We stayed their for 5 nights and we had to go to reception minimum 8-10 times to fix the room card. They weren’t working properly. The service was horrible, they claim themselves a FOUR STAR hotel but based on their service if you judge them they are TWO star. Food is expensive but not at all tasty. In the breakfast i saw waiter taking fruits in a plate for a guest through his hand. I saw them giving the used cartlaries of one guest to another by just cleaning them with tissues they weren’t washed.

great location and value for money hotel. it has been tastefully done up with Italian marble flooring and some lovely roman statues. the lobby decor is nice. last couple of years the service had deteriorated but this time I was pleasantly surprised. the room service and house keeping staff were very courteous and polite. check and check out was a breeze. overall a very good experience.

it needs a bit of modernisation in certain areas like plumbing and the door locks.

Enjoyed our stay, the room we had booked was a little small but on request the staff was real quick and agile to change it to a bigger room and upgrade us free of charge. Amazing service

There is nothing that i didnt like but yes would love to be given a brief idea about they way to swimming pool spa and restaurant, we haf to cal and ask… thats all

Oh Breakfast was fantastic, I love having my breakfast in The Hotel Royal Plaza, New Delhi. Fresh fruits n fruit juices especially fresh omelette and masala dosa's. Every breakfast items available starting from South Indian to North Indian.. Great Hospitality. Especially Mr. Dhar Ji, meeting each and every customer on breakfast really it's a great hospitality from the hotel management.

Restaurant is OK, but not amazing to look at, and service was very mixed. Had to ask for a table to be cleared, and then not enough cutlery was brought over. Had to ask for coffee a few times before we got it.

Breakfast presentation and the selections of food are acceptable, location also being perfect.

Room washroom was horrible drain out was plugged, side chair wiggling, TV litterly hard to operate most of the channels paid required , lawn tea serving time was too delayed and price of 3 cups teas was litterly too high around Rs.1300.00 with complementary 6 cookies.

location is prime and very safe place for family . staffs are good and helpful.they upgraded my stay to deluxe room for free . I will recommend for family .

food menu in hotel is costly . for 7 days stay I was expecting some complimentary breakfast they would provide for me but of course we can’t expect everything for free . there is no negative in this hotel .

The showers need maintenance. The Wifi switched off abruptly at midnight while I had only 2 devices on.
