Room was clean & comfortable. The hallways were quiet. We enjoyed the pool, that area was also clean & towels were provided. We took advantage of the kurig in the foyer, but not the free breakfast vouchers which we greatly appreciated.

Due to age, leg+ lower back issues, I would like to see raised toilets be made mandatory for all hotels, motels etc. in every room. I am sure there are many people young and old that suffer with all types of different health issues and the toilets are so low to the floor, it creates difficulties with no safety bars within reach.

The staff were friendly, relaxed, thoughtful, helpful, and efficient. Especially enjoyed interactions with Kevin and Jheante in the dining room. Liked that there was a smoking area with seating for my friend...made her feel welcome, something smokers don't often feel. Location is really convenient and easy to access/ exit. Lots of services, shopping, restaurants very nearby.

I wish all hotels would go back to pre-covid daily housekeeping, but understand why they have not. Lighting in room could be a bit brighter and more centralized.

The location was very nice. The mall next to it closes early, but you still get lots of restaurant around there within walking distance. The Italian restaurant connected to the hotel was amazing. Hotel offers breakfast although the room says it doesn't, at least for us. Breakfast was pretty good, lots of choices and staffs were super friendly. Bed was comfy and my mom loved the pillows.

The breakfast was okay, the staff were friendly and professional.

It was a little weird that the staff didn’t come to clean, replace towels or make the beds during our 6 day stay. The hotel ran out of food at one point for breakfast, I would recommend stocking up more during busy weekends

Good choice for staying outside of Montreal. It is located next to a mall in a commercial area near bridge and highway. Quiet room, helpful staff who spoke English, good enough breakfast, quiet fridge. Open pool.

Bathroom was small with constant fan when light is on. Stairways due for maintenance.

The breakfast very not that great.

I paid extra for a king size bed but after I paid the room were 2 queen size beds and I was not happy about that and didn't discount me because they told me was booking. Com fault. .

Hotel staff friendly, room very clean, due to covid you have to chose 4 items per person for your continental breakfast and they deliver to your door at the time you want, beds are so comfortable. Location is amazing next to a mall and many restaurants and shop. Would definatly stay again!

Fridge in the room does not hold items that cold. Can only put a few items if you want it to stay somewhat cold. But that's it. Everything else was great!

The employees with whom I interacted were absolutely delightful and helpful All areas of the hotel that I saw were kept very clean and tastefully decorated

After a few times you got used to it, nevertheless, entering and exiting the hotel grounds was a bit awkward, though the location, in itself, was great.

The location is perfect close to downtown and old Montreal. The property is clean, lots of parking spaces, the rooms were modern and clean, complimentary breakfast was really good, and staff is super nice!
