Great location if you are going to the airport for a flight the next day. They have a 24 x 7 shuttle running every 30 mins which is included and takes a couple of minutes to get to the airport. They have an onsite bar and restaurant. Don't expect great food - but it is perfectly fine and a bonus to have something on site

They only service the rooms every 3 days so if you are staying here for a longer time period keep that in mind. It is not a wonderful location if you are here to see St John's and other places are more central

Pool for kids, pet friendly for us with our dog, nice big hotel and clean spacious rooms

The complimentary breakfast is gone, and the prices downstairs for breakfast and even just a coffee are outrageous. For what you pay for a room you should get a free breakfast. Especially out by the airport you have travellers coming there, and then expect them to pay high prices for food. Thought this hotel was the absolute best but the breakfast taken away is bad.

lots of families, the dining area was usually very crowded was not able to use pool due to so many kids but slide is nice touch. biggest complaint is placement of microwave in room, difficult to access and use because too low and had to keep opening/lowering cabinet to use

Beautiful room and great location

The rate was outrageous for the amount of time we spent. Our flight was delayed and we never got to the hotel until 4 AM and by the time we got settled in it was after 5 . I think a couple of people who go to your hotel and arrive at this time should be given and hour or two for a late checkout. We got up at 8 had a shower went for breakfast and then it was checkout, I understand that the time is always 11 so the cleaning staff can clean the rooms. The staff could have cleaned our room last to help us when we were operating on just 3 hours sleep.

Bed was comfortable. AC was cool which was nice after a hot day outside. Room was right at the end of the hallway so it was nice and quiet. Staff were friendly. Used the cafe for breakfast and it was good.

Pool towels were super small - couldn't get it around me to cover up to walk from the room to the pool. Pool was very rowdy with many guests misusing the slide and jumping on top of one another in the pool.

Very comfortable bed, and really great bathroom in our room during stay. We left behind a jacket in the room when we checked out, but we were able to collect this from the staff at the front desk a few days later, thanks to Max for looking after it.

Only downside was we couldn't figure out if we could open the windows in the room to let in some air as we found the air-conditioning to be very noisy.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when needed. The cleaning staff were discreet and very helpful when required.

Kitchenette was somewhat adequate but only a microwave, which we knew before we booked. It would have been a bit nicer to have a stove, but I am sure safety is an issue. Otherwise we loved it, stayed a week and hopefully we will be able to return someday.

Very clean, staff were amazing and really enjoyed my stay here will most certainly be booking again , myself and my son had alot of fun on the water slide and in the pool

Only thing I didn’t like was how wet the floor was coming out of the pool area to reenter the hotel hall area almost slipped a few times with my son ,

We had awful service at the hotel’s restaurant. It took 30 minutes for my drink to arrive due to “missing glassware”, my main dish was never served, the waitress forgot to ask my partner what he wanted to order (just left once I gave my order without asking him what he wanted) so we had to flag her down to come back to finish placing our order. Overall awful experience at the restaurant.

The staff and very comfortable bed, I very much appreciated that I was able to leave my luggage at the front desk before commencement of the formal booking period and their prompt affirmative reply to getting me a taxi cab. I really liked my comfortable bed along with peace and quiet allowing me a good night's rest.

Somewhat surprised that there was not a bath tub or free breakfast buffet.
