Nice hotel in a very nice location. most of the staff was very nice and helpful

Pedro, from reception, was rather rude when I asked him if we could use the sauna. He in a not nice way said it was out of order as they were doing renovations, when he saw I was a bit upset and asked for his name he changed his mind and said he would make an exception. Not sure where the renovation were being made as we didn’t see any when we went to the sauna. I understand it may be a pain to switch on the sauna, but don’t offer it as a service if you don’t want to actually allow guests to use it.

The staff is their biggest asset and made us feel really welcomed. Everybody has been extremely nice and responsive and helpful to every request. We spent 5 days at the hotel and we felt so comfortable and at home. From the reception, to the hotel manager, to the people at the restaurant, the cleaning staff.. we loved it here. In addition the hotel is in great shape, clean, modern, comfortable. Good bed, good shower, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast (they don’t have thousands of things, but what they offer is very high quality food). A special thanks to Juan Camilo from reception who has been the nicest in every interaction and the hotel manager for welcoming my family and let them park with their motorhome in the hotel, that was an extremely nice gesture 🙏🙏🙏

this boutique hotel goes beyond all the checks marks I need in a hotel when I travel, and I’m a very picky person ✔️Location: best area of Bogotá, safest to be in and walk around, it’s in the Zona G (which is the gastronomic area) with lots of delicious restaurants in walking distance, there’s a Walgreens/CVS like pharmacy -with everything you may need- two blocks away, also the area is so pretty you just want to walk it and walk it, lots of trees and pretty streets + spot on clean ✔️Property: boutique style, with excellent interior design and deco, smells amazing the moment you step into the lobby, super comfy and spacious lobby sofas and chairs with reading material, extra clean in every space, has a cool bar, clean restorooms, cozy restaurant with great breakfast service, gym, and little patios ✔️Rooms: super super spacious, with big comfy beds, very very clean, great minibar, great showers with hot/cold water, ecofriendly shampoo/conditioner and liquid soap versions, big tv with cable ✔️Service: top notch, if you need something they try accommodating as best as possible, if you ask for something to your room, they bring it right away, room service available, front desk staff exceptionally kind and friendly, restaurant service amazing, cleaning staff are great. Have stayed here several times now (around 4-5) and this last time I needed extra time to check out because I hadn’t finished packing and I asked if I could pay for a late checkout and they gave me extra time to do so without charging me, complimentary on behalf of the hotel, so thought that was great.

I like Everything about the property, not a thing I would change

BS Rosales is a great place to stay if you are going to be moving around Bogotá's financial center. Spacious rooms with a fridge and kitchen allow for longer stays, and room service was excellent. It is located right by Zona G, which has lots of restaurants catering to all tastes.

Some heating would have been nice, Bogotá is especially cold at night and sometimes the available comforter isn't enough. Everything else was excellent.

top notch location in one of the best areas in Bogotá, very safe to walk around, plus very pretty and cozy, property is kept in the best shape, it smells amazing all the time, very modern and chic decor, rooms are very clean, spacey and comfy, staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, all in all to say, my fave spot to stay in Bogotá, I never want to leave

The hotel is modern, clean, rooms are comfortable, breakfast I found it really good quality, it is in a very nice neighborhood, safe with lot of restaurants around.. but what makes this hotel a great one is the staff.. they make your stay a perfect one. They will help you with everything you need and go an extra mile every time they can. From the reception, to the breakfast room, to the cleaning service, to the hotel manager.. thank you!

Location and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the fresh flowers all over the place and the breakfast was amazing, different options every day. Property was located in one of the best places in bogota.

The cleaning staff ate some of the snacks from the minibar and later on they tried to charge this items to my room, when we realized we reported the situation right away and it was solved.

The room was very clean, the beds are very comfortable, there is hot water & excellent showers, the a/c works very well. The breakfast was excellent and different each day. The people at the reception were very attentive and eager to help. The taxis at the hotel were very puntual and trustworthy. In general all the were very helpful and pleasant.

Very good mid-price business-styled hotel in a quiet uptown street and neighbourhood, close to Zona G on walking distance. Good breakfast with different types of breads, eggs, juices and good coffee at reasonable price

The Superior room is worth its slightly higher price: far more space and confort than the normal double room.

Front desk staff are very friendly & helpful. The location is great! Felt very safe with lots of cute restaurants & cafes just a couple blocks away. The rooms are well laid out, efficient, with a beautiful view. The beds were very comfortable and the hot water pressure and rain shower were the BEST!

These are all fairly minor but: Breakfast ends at 9:30am and they lock the doors right then so not great for us early birds :( Would have loved if it went til 10! They are stingy with the coffee pods in the room - we had 2 people but they only gave us 1 regular coffee pod a day and said we had to pay if we wanted a 2nd. Eventually they would give us a 2nd, but it was a "to do" every day. Heads up they don't provide conditioner (just shampoo & body wash). One thing for improvement: the cleaning lady took away any towel we had remotely touched everyday. Even if they were hung up or folded. Seemed a bit wasteful and meant we had to keep bugging them to bring us more towels (which they did graciously!)
