I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Waldorf Astoria Kuwait, and I wanted to share my experience. Upon arrival, I realized that I had made a mistake with my booking date. Thankfully, the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. I believe his name was Mahmoud, and he did everything he could to assist me, even though the hotel was fully booked due to the GCC Cup in Kuwait. I would also like to extend my special thanks to Shukry Nagi from the reservations call department. He was exceptionally generous and professional while assisting me with the cancellation process. His understanding and support made a significant difference in my experience. Thanks for having such dedicated staff!

I had an excellent stay at Waldorf Astoria. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spotless and well-appointed, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

While my overall stay was pleasant, I noticed that the room was not prepared for nighttime as expected. It would have been appreciated if the room had been properly set up for a comfortable night's rest. I hope this can be improved for future guests. Thank you.

I think the price is over estimated

- Very friendly staff, it was our first visit to Waldorf Astoria Kuwait and as a reward they gave us a free breakfast upgrade. - The hotel is very clean all the facilities are to the top level. - very nice experience in the spa. They have spacious jacouzi, sauna, and steam room. They also have a salt treatment room. - The timing for breakfast is perfect they open till 11 am. Also lso you can order the food from your table. - Easy access to the mall - Very conformable bed

- The shisha restaurant closes early at 11 especially on a weekend. After a long day I came back to have shisha in the hotel but they told me they were closing. - The spa doesn't have a cold/ice bath

Stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Kuwait and loved it! The rooms are super spacious and comfy. Breakfast was tasty, and the service is top-notch. Loved lounging by the pool with its cozy cabanas and excellent poolside service. Kids had a blast in the playroom. The best part? It’s right in the Avenues Mall, so shopping was super convenient. Highly recommend!

being in the Avenues Mall means you hit a lot of traffic when leaving, but the valet staff were very helpful. Also, it’s quite pricey. Despite that, I still recommend it for a luxurious stay!

We literally loved EVERYTHING at the Waldorf Astoria Kuwait! Everything from the super friendly, helpful and kind staff who went above and beyond to make our stay a special one especially Mr.Baharat at the front desk who made our check in super efficient and gave us free breakfast during our stay and also Mr.Sheikh Abdulrahman at the in-room dinning who was also super friendly and gave us free arabic coffee and dessert! The room was very spacious, airy , and had very relaxing ambiance and vibes! Also, the TV size in the room was way above average for a hotel. The bathroom was also a solid 10/10 (amazing shower and the bathtub is spacious). I can't forget to mention the delicious food offered at the in-room dinning as well as the breakfast buffet. Overall, I would say this is by far the BEST hotel in Kuwait and I highly recommend for a staycation as well as a vacation! 10/10 in all aspects.

Excellent location, staff and service. The staff were really extremely friendly and professional. The location was really perfect it connects you very well to the mall. The service is beyond expectation. The food was AMAZING (best tea and karak I've ever had). Highly recommended!

to be honest for the first time in 5 stars luxury hotel i face a problem but its a problem with the person himself not the hotel brand as they want to clean the room but she didn’t follow the procedures she would clean and let you come with a comfortable room but this is not the way that you knock the door one time and get in without permission as am and family inside and its happen 2 times within few hours. i believe its not intended but still its bother you in your privacy.

I didn’t like that when we have just arrived they entered the room with out me opening the door and when I called them to complain he did not listen he said we wanted to give you a welcoming fruit, but even if you want to give us welcoming fruit you must wait for me to open the door you can’t enter the room , and they take so long to answer the phone, I asked for wire from the reception they said they bring it but they did not bring any thing
