I would personally like to thank three amazing staff members at this hotel that are the true GEMS of this place . Alaa, Masood and Marzia. 03 members treated me with absolute kindness. Making sure my room was cleaned daily. They showed me what areas are good for tourist attraction and also Alla in particular who spent his evening showing me the Assima mall. Really it is the employees that make this place beautiful but also it is a stunning building. Gonna miss it 😢. The view was absolutely immaculate and also I forgot to mention the temperature was around 41°C. So my AC was up and running. I have absolutely no complaints. Gym was perfect for me as I'm a gym goer and had everything I need. The space is small though but it was just me and another gentleman and we shared the space together no issues! Excellent restaurant staff. Very quick to cater for what I asked for. Showing nice courtesy too. Excellent laundry service. Good and quick work. I'm very satisfied with it. Excellent location. Close to some fancy pink night scenes and a good restaurant. Overall a very nice hotel.

I recall the bathroom was a bit small but for a solo traveller like me it's okay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring, and there were always taxis nearby when we needed them. The room was cozy, the beds were very comfortable, and we got fresh bottles of water every day. The fitness and pool area were clean and nice to use, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Overall, a great experience—we’d happily stay here again!

Excellent staff - competent and superfriendly - thanks to Faizan and Cesar in particular! Also nice and competent hotel manager (what is not always the case). Thus I felt home when coming back after work (stay of 5 daxs). Adequate room size with all you need; small but clean swimming pool in first floor (nice in the morning when the sun shines from east/south east!). Convenient location - very close to al Hambra Tower (2 Min), walking distance to Kuwait Towers and even to the souk and Grand Mosque. Clear recommendation!

The hotel is located in the Sharq area, close to Kuwait Towers. We booked a one-bedroom studio, and overall, it was clean, and the staff, as always, were very welcoming. There was ample parking available, which was convenient.

There are a few areas that could use improvement: the curtains didn’t block out the light completely, and both the pillows and bathroom towels are starting to show their age.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. I had been searching for long for a nice play for my mother to stay on her visit to Kuwait, and this place definitely was the best choice I could have ever done. Not only because the room was very calm, 100% quiet, spacious and neat clean, but also ALL the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, always trying to ensure that my mother was having the best experience possible. All of them were highly responsive to any request we may have. In addition, upon arrival, they upgraded my mother to a suite in the higher floors with spectacular views over the sea and Shaheed Park, and they offered her a complementary late check out at 17h with no extra charges, since her flight was late in the night. They simply said “we like our guests to be happy”. Overall, this cute and cozy hotel offers a genuine and welcoming vibe that makes you feel like home. They do master the art of hospitality as I haven’t seen in a long time. Well done! I would definitely keep the Swiss Belinn Sharq as my hotel of reference for future visitors in Kuwait.

The location is near landmarks such as Kuwait Towers, the Sea, and the Corniche. There is free parking in front of the hotel, but we never saw it full. There are two small take-away outlets within one-two minutes walking distance. The beds and pillows are comfortable. A petrol station is located nearby.

There is no mirror in the room. To use a mirror, one has to visit the bathroom.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its modern, clean facilities and new furniture. The standout was the receptionist, Ala’a, whose outstanding service made my stay extra comfortable. Great location and comfortable beds complete the package. Highly recommended!

- the room services it's not 24 hours - there was a leaking in the bathroom that they couldn't fix it until the morning, because they don't have 24 hours room services. - The air conditioning in the bedroom is very weak because there is no air conditioning for the bedroom, which is shared with the living room
