Crown paradise was perfect for my families. The kids really enjoyed it and I will definitely go back again in the future.

The only thing I didn't like was , the workers was serving food without any gloves on. I don't think it's fair for anyone to touch someone else's food with their hands

1, The waiters in all departments of the hotel were dedicated and enthusiastic, reflecting the friendliness of the Mexican people; 2, The rooms were clean and tidy and the meals were plentiful and delicious; 3, Every room faces the ocean with an excellent view;

1, The automated coffee machine and water bar in the lobby should provide 24-hour service and should not be removed after 6:00 p.m; 2, it is recommended that the beverage dispenser in the main dining room be replaced with an on/off faucet.

This hotel had everything needed for a great family holiday. We have arrived home today and cannot fault the place at all. It was basic but very clean, rooms are cleaned every day. Food was fine and the staff were lovely.

The restaurant booking system was a bit of a nightmare but we did eat in a couple of the restaurants. Whilst we were there, 2 of the restaurants did not have to be booked and acceptes walk in diners (La Piazza and Los Gallos) but there is always a queue for them.

This was a very clean resort and it was clear that a lot of time was spent to keep it clean and tidy. There was also plenty of space around the two pools (plus the covered indoor one) and at the beach. The kids club was great for my two children (age 5 and 7), as the slides were perfect for them. There was a lifeguard on duty in the kids club which we really appreciated. We did not have issues making reservations at the specialty restaurants, and we utilized making reservations for excursions directly through the resort. Overall this was a great family location and it was really easy to relax at this resort.

There was an issue connecting to wifi because we had wifi, but the concierge gave us the extension to call to fix it and it was really easy to do. Also, the beach wasn't super clear of kelp, which was a little annoying and not depicted accurately in any of the pictures of the resort.

Lots of activities to do, both structured and unstructured, family friendly but also had lots for just adults to do, restaurants were delicious, the evening shows were fun, all staff were super helpful- shout out to Jesus and Angel our bellboys when we were coming and leaving - so friendly and kind!

very hard to know how to navigate the property at first- hard to make reservations for when we wanted, wifi was terrible- barely had service and definitely could not use the app effectively, nobody answers the phone when we tried to call from our room.

It is exactly what you expect from all-inclusive resort. It is a temple of overeating, excessive drinking and hippos frolicking in the pool. Wide range of food and drink 24 hours a day. Clean and comfortable room. Very polite and friendly staff.

Pictures of this hotel on Booking.com show nice and wide beach, but it is incorrect. Cancún area suffers from massive beach erosion so the beach is about one third of what is shown. Also beach and the sea are polluted by unbelievable amount of sargassum seaweed.

The hotel has excellent infrastructure for the kids, including dedicated pools, rock wall climbing, mini golf, and others.

The room we initially got, wasn't clean, however, the staff when communicated about the problem, promptly provided another room that met our expectations. The total cost was higher than initially contracted with Booking since the room price was converted from pesos to USD, which we weren't aware of when we booked through Booking. Booking needs to be more explicit about the room cost policy.

We loved the friendliness of staff. Our housekeeping was great...room always cleaned,fresh towels and replenished the beverages daily. Loved the food at the Italien and Steakhouse restaurants. Disappointed about the food options on Seafood night at the Buffet...no shrimp,crab,lobster.

The bathtub faucet was almost falling off!.There was a strong paint smell when entering the room as part of the tub was re painted. WE HAD NO RUNNING WATER IN OUR ROOM AFTER 6PM. HAD TO GO DOWN TO FRONT DESK TO GET IT TURNED ON. Did not like housekeeping coming 8 times to our room before 11 am check out time on our last day.
