View from 15th floor was really something. Beds were comfotable and bathroom, even small, done with a touch. Breakfast offered everything you could wish for (from pancakes, eggs, different lactose free products ...). Special compliments on fresh fruits.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks. Overall, it was a good experience, rooms were tidy, breakfast was really nice, I liked that they had a lot of vegetables and vegan options. Location is very good as well, near to the city center. Parking had an electric plug for charging electric vehicle and I could keep my bike there, it was safe. You should try Lupo Pasta that is close to the hotel and Miss Kimchi (korean place).

I think that parking was a bit weird because they was a car-elevator so if you want to leave parking then you are suppose to call the reception so they would open it. Also, I was expecting a bit nicer rooms, I think the interior is quite old.

Hotel was able to accomodate all me needs (f.ex. separating the beds). The staff was very professional, helpfull and firendly. As the room was ready eariler I was able to check in 3h before (!!) that was very convenient and I really appreciated this. The room was clean and fully equipped. Forgot a toothpaste? Not a problem! VERY big plus for possibility to leave luggage after check-out. Hotel located in 7minutes walking distance from Złote Tarasy and 12minutes from Warszawa Główna (train station) = perfect localization. Definitely recommend and will visit again

Wifi, of the available wifi networks, one was open (which I didn't quite like, a security issue) For the rest, the password given at check-in did not match. I decided to use my own data.

Location is very good (if you are in town with business in thew newly built area of Warsaw) - it's also very close to the train station (10-15 min walk) and other attractions. Breakfast was great - many options on types of food. We were spoiled for choice. Room size was comfortable, decent bathroom and clean. We appreciated the tea, coffee and kettle available. We were in a room without a mini fridge but was not an issue in the end. The hotel has room service and restaurant on premise. Gym was well equipped with filtered water available (this was great!) and the wifi was stable all day for doing VOIP calls.

the tv was fixed to the wall and i could not reach the hdmi port in order to connect my own computer. The software options for casting to it were not working. Luckily there were tv channels in English

I was overwhelmed by the quality and facilities at the hotel, especially considering the price. The location is great as a base to explore central Warsaw being just west of the central train station and the hotel was easy to find and additionally a lot of tram and bus stops (and a metro station) close by to help you explore the city. The room was a nice size with all the amenities I would expect in a hotel such as tv, desk, bedside tables and coffee making facilities, though I was especially impressed by the quality of the furnishings and comfort of the bed. The bathroom was also designed well and of a good size with the walk-in shower supplied with a good water supply making showering simple. The gym on the top floor offering fantastic views on a calm day was well-maintained with new equipment and quite a few cardio machines to use such as treadmills, an indoor rower and bike along with free weights and the gym was spotlessly clean which was impressive. The staff were also very friendly and helpful ensuring my stay was superb with particular mention to the breakfast team who, along with the huge choice of food available which ranged from cereal, pastries, continental and cooked breakfast options, made breakfast a delight.

My only qualm would be the hot drink options in the room and particularly the quantity with two coffee sachets and two tea bags provided each day but not really enough creamer and sugar to make that number of drinks should you wish.

It was close to old city as advertised. The breakfast wast great. The service was excellent and whenever we need something it was looked after.

The only concern I have is that I was told that if I had to leave earlier we could leave and be given a return on extra. We had to leave one day earlier and we are still waiting for a reply. We talked to you about it and you passed it on to the holiday inn. They told us you had to contact them. I will probably be going back to the same holiday inn in Warsaw on May 27 for one day. I had the pleasure of staying at thWarsaw City Centre from August 30th to 31st, 2024, and I was absolutely impressed. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is provided, including a kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom was immaculate, with all necessary amenities readily available. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even checking me in with no issues after midnight. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. I left feeling incredibly satisfied and pleasantly surprised by the entire experience!

Good sized room. Walking distance to central railway station. Friendly, helpful staff, Good shower and toiletries. Safe provided, Comfy bed. Good city view from room. Nice and quiet. Good selection at breakfast of hot and cold choices: scrambled or fried eggs, potato rostig, frankfurter sausages, mushrooms, bacon, good fruit salad, choice of yoghurts, salads, ham, cheese, mini pastries, selection of breads, overnight oats, cereals, juice machine, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Free drinks voucher if you don’t use housekeeping.

Sliding bathroom door which when open blocked the wardrobe and access to the safe and didn’t close properly and heavy to pull backwards and forwards.

Alright so I booked this hotel on my birthday, by happy accident I met hotel manager Jystyna and she was kind enough to provide me a free room upgrade. It made my day, thanks, such nice things remembered for a long time. Overall hotel is well situated and best thing was bed and pillows, one of the best sleeps I had in hotels ever. I didn’t book with breakfast so I don’t know how is it. Another great benefit was working station in lobby, I had to work after check out and it helped a lot.

Everything was fine, I almost never give 10/10 (in my opinion it should be super exceptional hotel with amazing value for price) but solid 9 I think is totally deserved in my case.
