Great location, very elegant Hotel in the financial heart of Warsaw. Stunning view from top floor Room, staff was very helpful and kind.

Excellent stay in one of the Executive Rooms. Comfortable, spacious, a great view at the Stalin's Palace (Palace of Culture and Science). The receptionist went over and above to give me a room with the desired view. The room facilities were good; iron board, iron, hair dryer, big TV with a wide selection of TV programmes (including european). Good amenities in the bathroom. Good quality towels & bed linen. As part of my stay, I also enjoyed the Club lounge access. Excellent selection of food and drinks, exceptional service. Highly recommendable.

The bathrooms are a bit dated for a room that cost me 1,000 PLN (£200) a night. It was okay but past it's best times. I would prefer a shower rather than a bath with a shower curtain. Tea and coffee facilities were very average. I am not sure if I should be using a paper cup & a single use wooden spoon for my coffee in a hotel of that standard. A bed mattress was a bit too soft for my linking (I like much harder beds) but I know that it's a matter of personal preference. The bed was comfy though and I had a good night sleep.

Excellent location, very comfortable room, very comfortable hotel. Nice view from the room - see foto. High-quality, very clean spa and swimming pool. Absolutely fantastic breakfast with traditionally best egg Benedict in Warsaw. Very helpful and professional staff. In the Casino one can smoke cigars indoors !!!

The Finish dry sauna was not hot enough. The temperature inside should be between 90 and 110 and it was only 80 Celsius. The reception area can be very busy at times and a few minutes queue may form.

Spacious and well furnished room on 36th floor overlooking the Palac Kultury square with spectacular views across the city and beyond. Excellent location with bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. A good location for more extensive walking in different directions around the city. Warszawa Centralny station across the street so good links to both Modlin and Chopin airports. Very nice Lobby Bar and a spectacular sky bar on the 40th floor with typically expensive drinks but that shouldn't put off a visit up there, at dusk especially.

Only a minor observation but the bathroom was rather smaller than expected. Well fitted out though and powerful shower.

Nice stay !! First of all want to mention ,was a bit anxious about some reviews ,regarding the mattresses ,regarding the busyness of the breakfast area , regarding the politeness of the staff, etc and due to new years thought that it it could be worse ,but we did not faced any of the above.The breakfast area was reachable any time as we stayed a week at the hotel and visited the restaurant for breakfast different timing every day. The room was spacious with all the amenities ,mattresses were very comfy. The pool area was new and amazing. Staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was very clean. The hotel was fully booked and packed but everything was perfect.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights (me, my husband and our 6y old son). Our room had fabulous view of the city and quite comfortable beds. The breakfast was amazing with a large variety of different options to choose from. The spa/pool area seemed fully renovated and there were also different types of sauna that you could use. The location is pretty convenient too, just a 1 minute walk to the closest bus and tram stations and a couple of minutes walk to the metro station. The price for this 4-night-stay was also reasonable - for sure better than we would expect.

We were not properly informed about the pool availability even though we specifically asked during check in. So I consider that a failure on the hotel's side. It seems that on Friday/Saturday kids are only allowed until 7:30. So we ended up Friday night with a bunch of very disappointed kids who looked forward to trying the indoor pool. This is written in the relevant hotel area but, even specifically asking about pool timetable and kids, we were not informed by reception. In the pool area they downplayed us by saying that they are "different" to the hotel and accommodate external club members.

What I liked most about the hotel was the location, the gym, and the breakfasts. The view from the 29th floor overlooking the Palace of Culture was fantastic.

The rooms were very poorly soundproofed. You could hear the street through the window from outside. Additionally, on Saturday evening when the neighbors returned from a party, their noise would definitely wake you up. The doors were poorly insulated, making the hallway sound as if the door was open. I understand this is a luxury hotel, but 38 PLN for a Twix is beyond overpriced—it’s outright robbery. I won’t even comment on the other prices in the minibar.

Very rich breakfast buffet (including Indian buffet as the hotel apparently hosts many Indian tour groups). Very comfortable 1980s-style Marriott room (Fun fact: I stayed at the hotel the year it opened as the first Marriott in Eastern Europe and it seems unchanged since then except for inevitable wear and tear). Recent change in ownership. Excellent location opposite train station, many bars and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast buffet stressful and overcrowded, junior staff lacked training. Bathroom (tub shower) not up to current standard. Staff at welcome desk not overly welcoming. Hotel not visible when exiting station (no signage). Signs of wear and tear.

Beautiful hotel, we had a room on the 37th floor and the views were incredible. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we arrived early to drop bags off as we couldn’t check in until 4, however they checked if our room was ready (at 12pm!) and we were able to check in early free of charge. Rooftop bar was great, we had a fantastic table in the window overlooking Warsaw. It got really busy with people waiting for tables so I would recommend booking! Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed, with fresh towels and bed made every day. It was excellent value for money, we just wish we had gone a couple of weeks later to make use of the new spa!
