Great location, was very easy to get to the city center ans back. The staff is lovely and I practiced my Portuguese :)

Maybe you should send the welcome message where you mention that the reception is at different address in CAPS LOCK or something like that. I did read the message about check in, but I just skimmed and when I needed to get to the hotel, I didnt know that the address mention in the message is different from the property address indicated in the booking (across the street), so went to the wrong address and couldn't understand what to do. Two more people did the same while we were staying there

With in walking distance from city centre, close to the main attractions. If you lucky you can get parking outside which will have to be paid for an hour but affordable. Balcony was nice.

When I filled in the jacuzzi and tried to use it the dirt came from the pipes. It was absolutely filthy. Don't be falling for it because at the end you are not going to use it. No hairdryer in the room.

Absolutely everything! A modern well cared hotel,a perfect location,a 25m walk to the station,20m to the historic centre,5 m walk to the supermarket,a lot of cafes and restaurants around.A very cosy warm room,no noise,all necessary facilities,all brand new.I wish I could stay their longer.Amd sure,great value for money!

Location was very good close to main attractions of the city. Room was very spacious. The lady that works at the reception was very kind. Also the let us cheak in at around 4am, which is very rare for hotels!

The whole building in general has a very weird smell that is very atypical for us from Eastern Europeans.

The location is very good, nearby a supermarket, bus stops and metro station. Easy to reach the city center.

We could not speak Portuguese or Spanish, but finally could communicate using basic English. Switches might have a note or sign to recognise their function (especially for shading up/down).

It was exactly as in the photos online. Staff were kind. This sounds silly, but the shower head was to die for and I’m looking into buying one for my home. Internet worked great. Very clean.

The windows didn’t block out noise from the street, so while it was nice to have a view of the street, it was quite noisy, even though it’s not even a particularly noisy street. Also, the bed was very well used and very sunken in the middle.

I don't know why but an old lady was scared from me and her way of talking was also not good but the lady at reception had good nature as well as good way of dealing with customers.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was better than expected. It was spacious and clean. Location was good, right across the metro, super markets and cafes around. A bit loud because by the street but didn't bother us. Everywhere else was accessible by walking.

it was nice. The bedroom was clean and cute. It‘s 1km from the center so we were able to go and back by walk. the price was very cheap, and we are very happy with our choixe we were able to let our suitcase before to check in the first day

It‘s not really easy to find the place. In fact, there are 2 buildings. Peoples of this place don‘t talk english. Only spanish and Portuguese so it was really hard to communicate with them.
