The breakfast was first class. Everything from fruit, cooked vegetables, cold and cooked meats, cheeses, eggs in different ways, cereals, coffees, teas, juices, breads, pastries, and to top it all off chilled champagne. The location was right on the beach and we had a balcony and view overlooking the beach and ocean. All the comforts we wanted and a fridge too. Near to shopping and restaurants of all kinds if you didn't want to drink and dine at the hotel itself. Staff were courteous complying with all wishes.

The safe in the room could not be used. It had been locked open and rather than have hotel staff come in and fix it, we just lived without it. I forgot to mention that on the way out. Perhaps you all could do that. Also we were disappointed with the massaging jets in the pool in the spa. They didn't really do as well as the jets that are in a Japanese Onsan.

Receptionist Rossi was super friendly, hospitable and just professional in this service. She helped us, speed answered on our questions, provided us with useful recommendations. Food at breakfast and lunch was extremely delicious. Lunch consisted of hot dishes, wide variability of meat/fish/seafoods/deserts/ice cream. Drinks at lunch are to be paid extra. Christmas atmosphere was felt via pretty decorations and photo area in lobby. Room was big, beds-comfortable. If you need kettle, you can ask at reception.

No kettle in room The food for us was a struggle most things had meat in them and we are vegetarian. We did ask for extra vegetarian dishes but they were not high standard The staff we great and friendly but the reception staff could be more helpful sometimes they didn’t seem to go out of there way sometimes to assist us which caused us a few problems

Room was very big, facing the sea and overlooking the pool. Staff were exceptionally helpful. The hotel is in a great location for local bars and restaurants and near bus stops to go into Gandia Old Town. Hotel is very clean.

Food was not very exciting with the same meals being served over a three day rotation and not very hot. Evening entertainment was not great... May have been to Spanish taste but not ours. Pool was icy cold!

Great location, very friendly staff, large comfortable rooms with orthopedic beds and pillows😍. I also liked the stylish carafe in the room and filtered water in the corridors. Hotel care about environment🤩 Many thanks for a variety of delicious meals😋, especially vegan and gluten-free food👌 The zone Unique on the roof - it's the greatest opportunity for luxury relax🥰

Staff were great, very polite and friendly. Of note the pool attendant, Ariel, had a great attitude and was very helpful and his English was very good. Also Chico that ran the Aquafit classes was brilliant, totally committed to providing an entertaining session for all. The food was very good quality, well presented and well cooked. The position overlooking the beach was really nice.

The first room we had was supposed to be a partial sea view - on the first floor towards the rear of the hotel you could see a slither of the seafront if you leant over the balcony - not good value for the extra money - however we were relocated. The parking area was limited and tight for parking - it was not clear where to stop to unload cases - we drove around the hotel 3 times.

lovely hotel on a fab beach. room was nice with a good size balcony and some outdoor furniture. spa was ok but not worth paying alot of money.. buffet breakfast and buffet dinner were fantastic although the dinner began rather late at 8pm.

shame the pool was not heated. parking at hotel was super expensive so we parked 10 minutes away. no kettle in room. reception kindly offered to provide kettle at check in but it never materialised.

The food and staff in restaurant and staff at pool were excellent Aprile at the pool was very accommodating and pleasant person to talk with.. 👌

That we had to come back from lunch one day and found out belongings from our pool beds were moved.. This was not specified as in how long u can leave a sun lounger.. We had only gone for less than an hour.. And we arrived back sat somewhere else only to find no other people's belongings on their beds were moved.and they were gone for much longer than this time.. . So u can say we were annoyed about this.. The rooftop pool was available only at extra cost which was not specified on our reservation we were told that 3 days before we came we could of used it.! We actually believed we could use this facility inclusive of cost.

* Great location, right next to the beach. * Very attentive staff who were great, spoke English and made a special effort with us. * The food was varied for both breakfast and dinner and tasted nice. * The staff took our allergy concerns very seriously and directed us to the chef who we spoke to directly and showed us exactly what we could and couldn't have.

* The sea view was great but was slightly angled (second photo). We were expecting a full on frontal sea view as per the booking website but maybe we should have requested this in our specifications to the hotel. * For the price that we paid per night, we expected the room to be in perfect condition but it did have signs of wear and tear (marked walls) and condensation on the wall directly outside the bathroom that should probably be addressed for first impressions to new clientele.

We were given a free upgrade to a suite overlooking the beach. It was absolutely wonderful, a huge comfortable bed, a bed settee, 2 tv's, kettle and coffee machine, mini bar and a massive stand alone bath in the 'lounge area' a lovely big balcony. Sound proofed room, aircon, towelling bathrobes, just complete luxury which was so welcome as we had been evacuated from our home due to a forrest fire and were tired, stressed and anxious. The bar and restaurant prices were surprisingly reasonable for such a place, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

That we couldn't stay longer - there is nothing to not like.
