This ought to be a very nice hotel in the perfect position (especially if you arrive by Tesla as the hotel has a bank of superchargers. Just a couple of things let it down.

First, the check-in was somewhat chaotic and took far longer than normal. The staff said this was because they'd just introduced a new computer system - hopefully we were just unlucky and this is now working. The other frustration was breakfast - it's a nice room with the necessary facilities but the orange juice was watered down and unpleasant (despite a juicing machine sitting at the bar unused); hot water was provided by jug (the coffee machine lacks this option) but it hadn't been filled so we had to ask at the bar; and the staff were also slow to refill the bread options.

Beds were comfortable, room was very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Kettle, hairdryer and mini fridge in the room, shower had good water pressure and was spacious. Parking was available downstairs out of the sun for an additional 6 euros. Location was good and we were able to continue our journey straight out onto the motorway.

Maximum beds per room is 3 so difficult for a family of 4 or 5 travelling. Would be nice if some of the rooms were set up like other hotels, with bunk beds for children, to accommodate a family. In fairness to the hotel, they did give us rooms right next to each other which was helpful.

Hotel room. Really comfy beds. Location. Travelling back to U.K. from Malaga. Great stay over location. Staff at check in. Safe parking. Breakfast very nice.

Not much in local area. On a Sunday. Had light bites that evening. Carpets on level one in corridor just need to be Vaxed or cleaned. Odd that left dirty. Everything else so slick and clean.

Good location for transit stop near Madrid. It has parking, all clean, good working. Good corporate hotel

Parking has fee, what was not mentioned on Booking, breakfast also for extra money - 12euro per person. I think it is not client-focused. Guys, you have huge yard, location is transit and you are taking 4 euros for day for parking? Not good

The breakfast is not as variety nor delicious as I had in some 4 star hotel in Barcelona or nearby .

I don't like the gym that at my first time I went to the gym and sent the pictures to a friend, but my friend said it looks like a garage for murder... It would be much better if the gym is in a bright place .

The room was clean, bed was comfy, the room has a safe, good and easily accessible location of the hotel (if you have a car), gated parking.

The bathroom could use some paint refreshing maintenance around the edges of the shower doors and floor where the daily cleaning could not be effective enough in removing the dirt buildup.

All was really excellent! I was travelling for business purposes at Getafe and needed a place to stay just for one night nearby the meeting business place, so I could go walking the very next day. Your hotel exceed totally all my expectations. the king-side bed was just wonderful and confortable. As firm as I needed to. The room was carefully decorated and very clean. Also confortable. I didn't include breakfast on my room reservation, but took it anyway and paid fot it. It was totally worth it. Thank you very much. I've recommended you to my boss who frequently travel to Getafe for business and didn't know about you. So next time he will make the reservation at your hotel.

Rooms were great

Breakfast has the basics, had much better in other hotels with the same star rating and similar price. Annoying issue with the dishwasher, cups were not clean at all, it happened everyday, it wasn't a one off.

We came from Denmark to visit family, Lovely hotel, very clean, the personal was just nice all of them they were ready to help in any situation.

The only thing i didn't like about the stay at the hotel, its that the hotel is placed in the middle of industrielle zone, we have to take uber very day back and forth any time we wanted to eat,buy things or go out, no supermarket, or bus or train close to the hotel....anyway still nice and beautiful hotel.

The rooms have everything you need and the beds are of good quality. You can park your car inside and that's great. Reception is 24h open

The staff is not really friendly and they look quite 'angry', probably not at the customers...for the parking you need to pay and since I'm already paying for the room I don't find it fair.... The general vibe of the place is quite 'generic' and it looks a bit desolate, I would put more attention to coulors, more lively maybe...
