Hotel was clean, room and bathroom was spacious, breakfast was good. Supermarket and McDonald's was just a few meters from the hotel. To get to Madrid by train one needs to walk 1.3 km to reach Getafe train station

It is a bit strange to find that a 4 star hotel does not provide coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Every time we had to come down to the recpetion to get hot water so that we could make our own tea in the room.

The hotel was in a convenient location. We used UBER for all our transportation needs, so it was only about a15-20 ride to all our destinations in Central of Madrid. There is a supermarket and Burger King and McDonalds in walking distance of about 3 minutes. I would stay here again in the future.

We were unable to figure out how to control the thermostat, but I also failed to ask for help. Also, if you are entering late at night, the gate is closed and only the gate on the right side while looking at the hotel has a button. That was bit of a rough experience.

The hotel is situated in Getafe, just outskirt of Madrid: very QUiet environment and clean space. There is ample parking space, so it will be perfect if you want to consider renting a car. There are buses and there is a metro so it is easy to move around. The rooms are really spacious, the bathroom is so clean and the staffs are very friendly. Breakfast was decent as they had coffee machines, fresh fruits and a typical European menu. There are supermarkets nearby and some nice restaurants within 1 or 2 km walking distance

The room was lovely and spacious and clean and looked like the pictures. There was plenty of parking on site. Our room was tidied daily with new fresh, large towels. There was generally good sound proofing from any outside noise. The jug of fruit flavoured water in the lobby was nice. Really close to a supermarket, and about 20 minutes walk to the train station (not metro)..

For the price, it would have been good to include tea and coffee, either in the room or lobby. Overall, it was a very quiet room, but some rooms must have faulty doors that need fixing, as there were slamming doors that echoed through the building. They could be heard in the room and even down in the lobby. They slammed throughout the day and night.

-There was no electric kettle in the room. I did ask at the reception, they informed me that I could come and get hot water anytime. However that did not seem very convenient. -Not too many supermarkets or convenience stores nearby.

Convenient hotel for an overnight stay. Our room was pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice, and the free car parking at the hotel was a nice plus.

When we arrived on a Friday evening, the restaurant was closed, which is surprising for a hotel that claims 4 stars. It was not a big deal however, as the Westfield Parquesur shopping mall is very close, with plenty of dining options.

Stuff and friendliness was great. Room is also amazing. There are places to eat close to the hotel. Also, there a supermarket here.

If you rely on public transportations (which is very good in Madrid) — consider that it's 15-20 walking from the train station. And, it seems train stop working after 1-2am (at least we were not able to hop on it).

It's our 2nd time in this hotel, and we will come back. The quiet and peaceful location is very nice especially if you travel by car (it's great to have free parking). The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is always smiling and helpful. A bonus is the amazing breakfast - they have a lot of variety and really good quality food (they can accommodate for celiacs and gluten-free diets).

All was great

We were going to the MadCool music festival and needed a hotel nearby. It was ideal for our needs. Rooms are a good size and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of storage in the wardrobes if you're staying for business. There's restaurants, a supermarket and the station a short walk away. There's also ample parking outside and in the basement.

The restaurant was closed for an update but it'll be great when it's opened.

Free parking, walking distance to train station, fast food nearby. Clean and spacious room with comfortable beds, good shower/bath, fridge, large wardrobe and shelves.

No kettle, cups, coffee, tea in-room.
