Fabulous, spacious apartment right next to the Tower of London. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Thames - -spectacular. Gym facility was well-appointed and clean. Like having a kitchen and separate washer/dryer. Felt very safe.

We wanted an apartment close to the Tower of London for personal reasons on this trip. It is in a touristy area and right on the Thames. If you are new to London and do not want to be in a touristy area, suggest one of the other Cheval properties. The Cheval Gloucester Park is one of our favorites.

Best property in my experience in London so far! Staff ir kind and helpful, room is comfortable and has small details that make life better like milk in the fridge for a morning coffee. Location is superb! After three nights we wished wd could stay for another week or two. Will be back!

We loved the location and how close the property was to restaurants and attractions. Beautifully maintained, super comfortable beds and we got 2 bedrooms with spectacular views.

The lobby is always very busy, with people coming and going. Would have preferred a bit more space and quieter.

Friendly and efficient staff, very clean property throughout, excellent bed linen and a good mattress. The standard of cleaning is very high, detail to attention is excellent. I would really commend the cleaning staff here. Also the front desk staff are super friendly and very helpful.

The sound proofing is actually very good but we could hear the rubbish truck early in the morning - I think this was more to do with the positioning of our room rather than the standard of sound proofing as we've stayed here before and noise was not an issue at all. To be fair, I am extremely sensitive to noise so others may not be bothered at all by this.

Great location and views of the Thames river, London Bridge and other attractions. Apartment is great. Nice, clean, quiet, secure and very comfortable. Literally next to the Tower of London! Daily service of the apartment ie daily change of towels and cleaning of the toilets and kitchen.

Just very minor issue. When showering water leaks out onto the main toilet floor via the shower door and you end up with huge amount of water that need to be wiped using floor mat and other towels. Very annoying because you can't enjoy your hot shower when you know there will be a huge puddle of water outside. Maybe give the shower floor and walls proper cleaning. Apart from that we'll return again!

Great location immediately adjacent to the Tower of London. Very spacious, beautifully-appointed apartment with beautiful views. Excellent sound-proofing (for a good night’s sleep!) Staff were very attentive and helpful, without being intrusive. An excellent restaurant option downstairs at the riverside, and the water taxi (Uber-boat) docks right in front of the property.

I have no negative comments. Our entire experience was a positive one.

The location and the size of the 2-bedroom apartment was fantastic and ideal to celebrate our son’s 30th birthday with him, while also meeting up with friends for his birthday dinner in London. My husband and I enjoyed our stay as did our son. it was great that we effectively all had our own rooms and bathrooms and the living space allowed us to enjoy breakfast together in the mornings. I also loved the Arran toiletries. The body lotion is a particular favourite and after staying previously in a Cheval hotel…..I purchased my own Arran toiletries to use at home. Special thanks to all the staff for his signed birthday card, balloon and sweets - such a lovely touch and very much appreciated.

Nothing - everything was just spot on!

Convenient location for first time tourists. We arrived before check in time. We were offered to use the hospitality suite to rest and clean up which was great.

Everything was great except housekeeping didn't stock water or coffee pods daily. It was not a big problem since we could just call the reception desk and it would be sent over right away. Except for once when I called for some coffee pods I was told there might be a charge for extra coffee pods.... I was surprised as it was clearly your error not providing coffee pods daily. I don't think I was charged at the end but I was a bit upset.
