Had a hospital appointment at the London Lupus Centre in Tooley Street so stayed at the Hilton London Tower Bridge Hotel overnight. The reception staff were all so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They called us a taxi to take us back to Liverpool Street Station and were really helpful, taking our case and bag to the car as I am disabled. The evening meal was lovely. Catered for food allergies - Gluten Free and made sure there was no garlic in our meals. Housekeeping team were friendly and very helpful too.

The breakfast wasn't so good. The cooked breakfast food was lukewarm and the plates were cold and there were no decafinated teabags. Plenty of cereal and fruit and yoghurt choices though. I asked for pillows WITHOUT feathers when I booked and before we arrived but had 4 feather pillows in room. Mum started to have breathing problems as she has a severe feather allergy. Housekeeping were excellent and quickly came and changed the pillows for foam ones but this should have been done before we arrived.

Spacious room. Laminated flooring. Clean. Quiet. Good location.

The bath in our room was rather small. The tap nob regulating water temperature was semi-broken. The reading lamp on one side of the bed did not work. The mattress was tad too firm. Some people may like it through.. The check-in process was tad too long. On the other hand, we were offered two glasses of prosecco while we were checking in. The breakfast was very average (food-wise), and there was not enough staff in attendance to ensure tables were clean. The minibar fridge was absolutely empty. Big and supposedly smart TV (the only app on it was YouTube, but it did not work, unfortunately) had many channels, but mostly non-HD, which is a shame in 2025.

Extremely clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. View was amazing. Great location 5 min walk from shard and tower bridge.

Pillows were too soft u literally sank into them. Air con rattled. Upon check in we were asked to use a card to hold a £50 fee in case of any extras. I asked if this would be taken out instantly and was told no. To then have the £50 taken from my account. Obviously I came with a budget and was extremely upset that this had been taken. We’d just paid nearly £300 for a room and to have this taken when told it wouldn’t was not on. Hotels I’ve stayed in before take your card details but don’t take the money unless you actually spend etc. this needs to be communicated properly as this could have ruined my stay being left short on money. However the hotel then brought up a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to my room as an apology for the miscommunication which was greatly appreciated.

The location is great for rail and underground connections and access to all south side tourist venues, including the Shard and Borough Market. The public area around the hotel is nicely developed with a good selection of cafes and restaurants. The hotel has a very nice bar which has a lovely relaxed feel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained. Complimentary bottled water, Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries, reasonable hospitality tray, plenty of mirrors, good lighting, hairdryer, safe etc. There is an excellent choice of good quality breakfast foods. The staff are attentive and helpful, and without exception all of the staff were polite and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing to dislike.

Easy, fast check in, very helpful, friendly reception staff, clean comfortable executive twin room, excellent location for London Bridge Station and the London Lupus Centre in Tooley Street. The staff in the executive lounge, especially Victoria and the chef, were outstanding and made sure all the food we ate was safe for me and my mum as we have a lot of food allergies. The chef specifically prepared some plain chicken and rice for us without garlic or onion. The housekeeping staff made sure we didn’t have any feather pillows in our room as my mum has a severe feather allergy.

We were informed by the lady on reception who checked us in that the minibar in the fridge in our room was complimentary and free. On arrival in our room we couldn’t open the fridge. When we did open it the next day there was only Coke and Diet Coke and still and sparkling water.

The location and the very helpful reception staff made my stay very comfortable. I am suffering very heavy from claustrophobia where view it’s restricted, I fear and have a panic attack and cannot breath. The reception staff tried their best to allocate a room without any restrictions, and I had a sleep in piece. I would like to send a special thank you to Yely Zaveta the reception supervisor for her great performance and professionalism to help me with dedication and care and made my stay magical. She his absolutely a star and very big asset for the Hilton.

I wasnt aware and I brought porridge from outside however I purchase a tea in the bar area opposite to reception where I have been told that I wasnt allowed to bring food from outside, if this is a hotel policy i think is a bad policy as people will travelling and sometimes they fancy simple food and may not able to have heavy breakfast due to the health reason where this applies to me, I have a restrict diet hence I was quite disappointed and dissatisfied when I have been told off put and load in the public where people attention turned on me.

The location was superb. Especially for us, that had to depart from the London Gatwick Airport, the closest train station via Gatwick was literally several steps away. We loved the staff, they treated us very well. The room was really nice and spacious. The area around was quiet and we slept very well.

The breakfast buffet could have been a bit better. The room with one bed for two had two individual beds joined together, it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep because of the gap between both mattresses.

The location was perfect. Close to the Thames and felt very safe

The price of the buffet breakfast was misleading in the menu. We only wanted a cooked breakfast but if you get yourself it’s twice the price of the A la carte menu. And the a la carte menu breakfast was huge. So we basically paid nearly double the price for 1/2 size buffet breakfast. Until the staff told us about the buffet price about 3 days later. Was misleading. Also brought a doughnut from the outside doughnut van, came in a brought 2 coffees from the bar, the following day were told off for eating it inside, when there was no signage to say no food consumed from outside. Also annoying, with no cakes available at the bar in any case.

I have stayed here twice before it is one of my favourite hotels in London. Soon as you walk in it’s very welcoming and the staff are lovely and will go above and beyond to help you with anything. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. We loved the RUBA bar and the restaurant which we made good use of. The location is fantastic to get around London you can even walk to the Tower of London across Tower Bridge and St. Katherine’s Dock, so beautiful lit up at night.

Nothing all good will be saying again soon.
