Fourth visit. We love the location, amenities and the various dining options,. A-la-cart is usually a hit or miss (nothing to rave about).

I was surprised that they have now limited the number of Alacarte to 1 for 3 nights stay, 2 for 5 nights stay etc. Its no longer an option either, if you are being TOLD the restaurant they pre-selected for you. As, a result we did buffet for the entire stay. The Junior Suite has 2 lights in the bedroom area and no light in the sitting area... that was quite odd. Beware of their time share, they promote flexibility, but at time of booking, wants you to book 2 yrs in advance (nothing special).

Well ave mistaken book my mom and Dad at the grand. They should have been at the luxury side instead, they wanted to see more but was limited to go and eat where they would love to. I feel like this should have been pick up on by staff in charge that they were two adults with no children and informed us and we pay any difference to be on the right path. But it was a experience for them.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. Each meal was delicious. Our highlight was breakfast. Your staff members, Jennifer Melbourne and Marvelous Marvin, took really good care of us. We will definitely return.

Our wifi connection was not as consistent as we liked, and the television in our room(s) did not work for our entire stay..

I liked the food . It was delectable..the staff were friendly and professionaL. They let you feel at home. The service was excellent. The place was immaculately clean. The room was comfortable. The view was breathtaking from my room( pool view with sea view).. We had a great time. The kiddies section was awesome.. my daughter loved it.. They stick the minibar everyday Room was cleaned everyday I highly recommend this place..I am planning my next stay! Totally satisfied!!

One night my husband could not come down for dinner..I wanted some food to go to him through room service..well I had to take it up to him..was alot of walking( property is very big).. that I didn't like but it was no big deal still.. Apart from that there's hardly anything else to dislike

For the most part, the resort is super nice.

The poor lighting in the rooms, lack of ventilation in the bathroom, the humidity in the hallways, old fixtures and the elevator was super small and old

The staff. The pool. The property is beautiful and the food is ok.

The bars closed way too early. I can understand the ones by the pool yes but the ones by the lobby shouldn't be closing at 7:30pm. Also I didn't like the fact that The pool can't be used after 6:30pm and doesn't open until 9am.

Very big and full of activities, good food, friendly and fun staffs….. one person in particular stood out the most for me and that was a receptionist at front desk by the name of Yanique Samuels… she was very polite, customer service skills was excellent, she provided active listening skills and build rapport with in fact every one who was there checking in… she even went out of her way to ensure we all understood how to get in and out of the hotel and how to enjoy our stay… She needs to be a manager or something at this resort as she will certainly be a great asset for the company…. Overall tho good was great rooms were great, clean quiet and overall relaxing…

Not much drivers to carry us around the property…. Had to sit and wait for a good while before someone comes around…the coffee machine wasn’t working in the room….before Yanique came i was waiting at check in for over an hour because the room wasn’t ready but I came and pre checked in an hr before check in time and even after check in time I had to wait another hour…. Not much night activities on Saturday night

Some staff service wasn't friendly

Staff was amazing. You go to jamaica for the people. They are family people and warm hearts. They made us feel welcome. I was amazed with how clean the washrooms were and how there was a cleaning crew at every corner picking up and cleaning. Traveling with 3 young kids can get messy and they would do a great job making our hotel room be clean and picked up . It was relaxing coming back to a tidy room after being at the beach all morning. Food was abundant. No complaints. Nobody fell sick from any food or water ! Lors of activities for both kids and adults. The kids club was super! Fun activities all-day ! The entertainment team was really fun! Love them Honestly. The hotel is about 15 years old so there are some items that would need to be arranged but being on vacation, if the wall is perfect or not won't change if I have fun. The water park for the kids was big enough for the kids to play for hours and make new friends. The beach WOW The pool so nice! Very lean again! The cleanliness is really remarkable. Again. Great people!

A speciality coffee bar would have been nice :) Room service wasn't included

I liked that the property was very clean and well looked after. The staff was great and always busy

I was unsatisfied with the beach and swimming area as there was too much vegetation for anyone to truly enjoy the waters. We did not use the beach or swim there once which is the whole reason for a beachfront property. The grounds and hotel is so well cared for and its obvious money is spent to keep it that way. It’s just a shame the waterfront is not
