Location was just opposite JR station, like the cleanliness and room size was just nice with basic amenities equipped. There's a laundry room available too, and you can check the status of usage from e TV. There's a lounge too.

Room was abit stuffy due to the fixed air conditioning. Breakfast was just average.

I enjoyed the central location, just across the road from the Aeon Mall and close to the train station and bus stops for the airport and Kamui Ski-Links. A big thank you to the amazing hotel staff who were always happy to assist. Great value for money.

The pillows are somewhat interesting, not uncomfortable as such but one side is distinctly firm to the point where you can only really sleep on the other side! I'm sure there is a reason for this, but I didn't manage to find out while I was there. The room was on the small side, ok for one but not much space for two people.

- I like the fact that the hotel allowed a 10yo child to be included in the room without additional charges. We had the room for 3A1C. - Room was huge. it was a comfortable size even with our requested extra bed. - Short walk from main train station. We arrived at almost 12am by train and only took minutes to arrive at the hotel. - Lots of food option around the hotel. - Carpark (not the cheapest in the area) but was link to the hotel lobby so we did not have to exit the building to get to the car during rain & snow.

Not a deal breaker. But there's only 2 lifts/elevators. Might be a little slow at times during peak hour as there are a lot of guests going up and down.

Loved how clean the room was. nice shower and bathroom. Soft towels, and plenty available on request. The staff are thoughtful and attentive. Every staff member was nice. They even kept our bags for us until check in as we didn't want to carry them around until 3, so nice! It all felt very professional, but welcoming. Pretty spacious rooms as well. the buffet (available for extra charge), was also quite nice. They also offer complimentary drinks and ice. There is also a free onsen on the top floor. I would definitely stay here again. Also the photos are super accurate, the room looked identical.

Good location and facilities. There is a link from multi-storry car park in the hotel to the hotel on the 3rd floor. Maximum price for whole parking is ¥1,000 compared to the open air public car park next to the hotel which is ¥800. The hotel can allow for multi entry in and out of the hotel carking if you park at its car park. Love the free flow of hot and cold drinks at the receotion area during the time period which is long enough. The hotel is very close to shopping centres and eateries.

The same breakfast every day for the four days we were there. However, there was generous spread with raw salmon and tuna every day. Would have been great if it has at least some variations on each day though. The room size could have been bigger but we managed.

Love the breakfast provided (mainly Japanese style). 4. Near Aeon shopping mall. 5. Near train station. 6. For self driving, you have option to park next to AMANEK ( D parking - 1000yen per day). If you can’t get a parking at D parking (limited), you can park just cross the road (800yen per day) which is convenient too. Got everything I need here. If I have a chance definitely come back to AMANEK. Thank you.

The​ room​ is​ quite​ compact but​ very well-organized.​ Love​ it.​ The​ bed​ and​ pillow​ are​ good​ -​ not​ the​ best​ but​ OK. The​ TV​ is​ good​ -​ we​ can​ watch​ the​ streaming​ content 😊. The​ electrical system​ of​ the​ room is​ beyond​ the​ expectation -​ all​ can​ be​ controlled by​ the​ tablet!​ 👍 The​ air-condition​ is​ allowed​ to​ use​ which​ we​ love​d​ it.​ Because​ we​ need​ the​ air-flow​ even​ in​ the​ cold​ weather.​

It​ would​ be​ great if​ the​ pillow​ is​ better.​ Mine is​ quile flat.😅 If​ the​ parking​ fee​ not​ charge to​ us, it​ would​ be​ great.​ Maybe​ the​ hotel​ can​ work​ with​ the​ park building on​ this.

This hotel in Asahikawa is highly recommended. - Opened in 2021 with very new facilities; - It is only a 5-minute walk from JR Asahikawa Station; and you can find almost everything you need in the Aeon shopping center nearby! - The standard twin room is small in size, but well-equipped and very clean; - Free coffee,tea and other soft drinks in the public service area; - The room price is economical and affordable - less than 500 RMB yuan/night, including buffet breakfast, which is tasty with a wide variety of options.

The standard twin room is a bit too small.

The location of the hotel was fantastic being a short walk from the train station and airport/ snow shuttle bus service. The shopping centre has everything you need and again was central to the hotel and rail location. I could not fault any aspect of our stay. The spa/ onsen area was beautiful and the view at night over looking the skating rink was bautiful.

It was a little tricky trying to get assistance with car rental from the reception staff because the person at the time only spoke a small amount of English, but we got there in the end.

The location is great; just opposite the JR and Aeon and Heiwadori Shopping St is just at the door step. There is a Santouka Ramen just 20m away from the door step. This is also a smart hotel whereby you can check the availability of laundry, hot bath and breakfast capacity through the tv. My kids were thrilled that there is YouTube and you can cast your phone onto the TV. We are a family of 2A2C and stayed in the deluxe twin with an extra bed. More than enough space to accommodate both human and luggage.

Breakfast was not really my cup of tea although they did serve sashimi. Would have preferred more variety. However it’s not a dealbreaker as you can opt not to include bf in your stay.
