Very good Location, easy to access the appartment, 5-10min walking distance from the airport buss. The apartment itself is clean, and have both a kitchen and a washing mashine. The appartment is big for the cost and great value.

the bed itself was a foldable bed that had some sort of support beam in the middle that i could feel when i was lieing on the bed, though i fixed that by just taking the other blanket as an extra matress and moved down slightly to have the beam on my lower back instead of on my pelvis. there was also a light smell from the bath/shower, but that was fixed by just turning on the ventilation day 1 and keeping the door open.

I liked the location and the facility itself. It was very good for a week stay because I had the comfort to cook and do laundry myself. The room was clean and well equipped.

I did not really liked the fact that I did not have a space to put my clothes (like a closet or drawer). When I cook, the smell will spread in the room. It would be grate to have a closed space for storing clothes. Thank you.

1.) The area is bustling with all the traditional and modern restaurants 2.) It is situated between the JR Beppu Station and Beppu Kitahama(Beppu's main bus station) 3.) The appliances are complete and there is no need to ask for anything. 4.) There are 3 free bottled water.

1.) The bed sheets are not cleaned thoroughly, we saw a pubic hair, definitely not ours. 2.) There is no drying feature for the bathroom but that is understandable as the building looks a bit old. 3.) There is no elevator and it is a challenge for guests with a heavy luggage, we stayed at the 3rd Floor. 4.) The area is full of bars so you might hear loud jeers and karaoke past midnight, but you can use an earplug. 5.) You have to be careful to move around at night as you might disturb the room downstairs, same as how the occupants upstairs disturbed us.

Short walk from Beppu station. Very clean facilities in the apartment with written instructions.

Mattresses were very hard and we could feel metal frame in the center of both beds when we slept. It would be good if there was another layer of mattress. At night it was a little noisy sometimes due to restaurants / bars nearby. Short walk up the stairs to our room on the 2nd floor (no lift).

Easy to find, 5-7minute walking distance from the train station. The Yayoi Tengu is literally right beside the building. It was fully equipped with toiletries,towels, and even laundry detergent for washing. Totally more than worth the value that we paid for! Bed was also quite comfy plus they provided an extra warm blanket coz it was still cold.

Some areas of the apartment were a little dusty, and the floor made noises easily, no matter how light you step on it.

Location was A+ Near the train station.

They gave us the wrong entry code and werent responding via booking.com messages. Had to utilise the amazing ladies in the boutique shops next door to assist to call several different numbers for help. Please support the mother and daughter stores next door to each other in thanks.

Fantastic stay! This was my second time staying with Comfort Cube (other was in Fukuoka) and I actually enjoyed this one even more than the first time! I loved how practical and fully stocked the apartment was. It was clean, comfortable and the central location close to the train station and right on the main shopping arcade was just perfect. Easy, flexible self check-in/-out.

Exceptionally well kept room.Host has thought and taken care of every possible need of the guest.Cooking range,microwave and a washing machine was provided as well.Very close to the station and right in the shopping street.Very comfortable stay and contactless but smooth check in -check out process.

Staff fast response to our enquiry and request. Close to JR Station and the room bigger than expected, including small dining and dresser area, which is comfortable for 2-3 pax. Very value for money.

Smells from smoking, cooking and etc, may drift to the room despite the air purifier provided. No lift.

An apartment that could sleep up to 3 person and in central location near the train station. Entertainment is nearby and so are many restaurants!

For some reason mosquitoes kept appearing no matter how much I've killed, couldn't figure out how they've gotten in as I've kept the windows closed majority of the time
