I chose this property because one of the review says easy to get taxi from the check in tablet. In fact, there provide 3 telephone numbers and a phone for us to call for taxi. The problem is we have to speak Japanese to the operator of those taxi companies. ***Here I save you some time, go ahead download uber or Go or didi app in your phone, sign in and get your taxi right away. (Please note one taxi 2 luggage). Better than hang up by the operator if you don’t speak Japanese😛

The apartment was large and well equipped. It’s convenient for rental car drop off.

There are no shops or conveniences nearby. To get to the airport you can’t book a taxi before 7am. And the heat in our bedroom didn’t get very warm.

Love this place! The apartment was very accessible, near the airport, easy to find with ample parking space. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions. Room was spacious, tv, cutleries and other kitchen tools were also provided with the unit. Lift was a bit small, can probably fit up to 5 people at one time but with 3xluggage per person, we needed to do 2 rounds when we checked-in and checked-out, but really no fuss as it is a low-density apartment (waiting time for the lift was no issue at all). Overall, a superb one-night stay for us before heading to Lake Toya the next day. Would definitely consider staying here again!

This is my 2nd time staying here. Checkin and checkout were v seamless and no waiting time. Location is close to airport and car rental which is most convenient.we stayed the night and next morning walked 10mins to the car rental to pick up the car. The beds are comfortable and the room.spacious with small kitchenette. The Toto brand toilet is superb. no need to bring shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, everything is there for use.

There was a washing machine but no dryer. There is no restaurants closeby, if one arrives at evening, make sure you grab food at the airport first as restaurants are not closeby if you don't have a car yet and the food delivery service doesn't work.therenis a vending machine u can get instant noodle. I didn't understood why the shower area, wash basin and toilet are all in different spaces.

We absolutely loved how clean this spacious apartment-style room was. We also appreciated the small things that were placed in the room for use, such as the umbrellas and kitchen towels. The location was very close to the airport and as long as you have a car, all the convenience stores, restaurants and supermarkets are just a short ride away. The room was quiet and very comfortable. There were also directions placed on the coffee table explaining how food from various locations could be ordered via an app. There is also a washing machine and overhead rack to hang laundry. Every detail has been obviously thought out.

Everything was to our liking, we can't think of anything we didn't like.

Super close to the car rental area. It’s a good stay for the last day in Tokyo/Japan if you have to return your car and go to the airport. Check-in was smooth as well

Wouldn’t recommend to stay here if you don’t have a car. I don’t think its reachable by anything else and the surroundings are forest area which may make walking in the night a little scary. Room was big but there’s lots of furniture which makes it quite a squeeze lol I don’t understand the point of having a full sized sofa when there’s little space for walking.

Be warned that u need to take taxi to and from the airport to here. No public transport, bad location if u need to haul your bags. Otherwise, what a luxurious place to stay! Of all the accomodations I stay for 24 nights of my trip to Japan, this is the biggest and the cheaper end! Definitely worth the money ifbu drive here with a car. Super clean and beautiful space to host 4 people very comfortably. I was literally jumping from bed to bed like a kid, it's such a big space! Not much things around the accomo tho.

It's newly built and as most reviews say it is well kept and very clean. The room is prepared exremely clean and tidy. There are no businesses around the place so you need a car to go grocery shopping or go have a quick bite to eat, which isn't a negative part if all you want is to rest in a comfortable room and be ready for an early flight in the next morning! The place is only a 10min drive to Chitose Airport. Family junior room was a perfect size for my family of four (2&5 y/o).

My wife found the pillows very hard and uncomfortable. I find them fine though ;) There is no toaster oven avaialble, however, all the kitchen photos there is a toaster on top or next to the microwave oven. Photos need to be updated to speak truth.

Spacious, clean and close to the airport.

It’s somehow hard to get a taxi at the property as the staff of the taxi companies on the phone know very little English. By fluke as my husband wandered outside in the morning and walk into a taxi driver who picked us up from the airport the night before and recognised him. With his little English managed to understand what we wanted and helped us. We may not be that lucky when we need a taxi to get to the airport on 9 October for our 8am flight as they do not take advance booking.

The space is comfortable, bright and spacious. The facilities are considerately designed and equipped. We can get everything we need, and the partition makes us enjoy the living without being interrupted by each other. The kitchen and its facilities are also complete so wonderful for travelers to cook for ourselves. The procedure for check in/out is intelligently convenient and time saving.

The only thing I can picky for is that the pillows are too stiff and thick,yet we still had good sleep.
