Hotel itself is clean and well cared for. The room was very clean and comfortable. HOT showers which was perfect! Not too far from bus stations or train stations. Grocery store and restaurants a short walk away. The staff very kind and friendly! Breakfast available! Keep in mind it's location as well - to get closer to Mt. Fuji it's about 1.5 - 2 hours away by bus/train. We preferred staying here than up top with the crowds.

No so much bad things about the hotel but more clarifying answers than what is provided online. The TV is basically non-functioning unless you like local regular news stations or unknown films. The wifi would cut in and out. Breakfast is not western style at all, which isn't a big deal, but they do have it listed as western when it's not. The Onsen is typical style - naked not bathing suits for any tourists thinking of staying here and curious.

We stayed as a last minute decision but details on the web site were just as expected so no complaints. We were arriving late in a car so a place with parking was high on our wish list and this didn’t disappoint, really easy access from the main road. Place was very clean and tidy through and through, great breakfast too. I loved it that a lot of people came to breakfast wearing their Pygamas (provided by hotel), wish I had gone down in mine even though the fit wasn’t quite the same as other patrons.

Small points but I quite like TV with Netflix as a lot of other places we have stayed at whereas this had films which you then needed to pay for, rooms are on the right size but wasn’t a problem for us. Hotel is on fringes of town reckon a 15 minute walk to where the action is. Have to say these are minor points and the price reflected the location and room size.

The cleanness is exceed my expectation and whole hotel is non smoking. I really love they even have onsen in this scale of hotel. Very close to convenient store. Also the hotel have lots of parking space for car.

We travel in peak season, so the breakfast seems not enough for every guests. The dining space for breakfast is quite small.

We travelled as a family of 5 with kids 1, 3, 5 years old. We like the spacious room, white sheets, cleanliness, and free Breakfast. We were driving from Tokyo to Osaka so the proximity to the motorway IC and free parking were also very convenient.

The hotel only provided 4 pillows for 5 people. By the time we realized we were too tired to ask for more. A few spares in the room from the start would have been nice.

Good location if you have a car to travel towards Mt. Fuji as there isnt much local public transport. Fabulous views around the hotel and the spa was delightful.

The breakfast was a little too early for me personally (6:30-9:00) but wouldn't really complain because it was great.

The front desk staff not accomodating. Almost 90 percent of the guest are men and maybe working at the construction site. In breakfast the dining area are crowded, the hotel is not recommended for children l

There is no ordinary food, the quantity of food isn't enough to handle all guests...

The room is very small, and the double bed doesn't have a size of a double bed, probably a semi-double...
