Incredible value for money, including a complimentary breakfast buffet and complimentary alcohol in the evening. The room is small-ish, which is to be expected, but has enough space for a desk and chair to work at in addition to the double bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and when we arrived early for check-in they allowed us to wait in the lobby. This hotel is also very conveniently located right across from Fuji Station.

We booked a room that was meant to have a double bed and a twin bed, as I wasn't sure if we would sleep comfortably in one double bed. However, I did not realize when booking that this would be a bunk bed, which I think is meant to sleep a child. It makes sense now, but I was not aware at the time, and we did not end up using the twin bed at all.

I knew the size of the room when I booked it, so was prepared for a small space. Don't expect to be able to open a medium size suitcase there. I got the room with the extra bunk bed, for the tiniest bit of extra space, you are expected to lay your own sheets on the bunk bed if you use it. With a toddler, this bunk bed was used. Room was otherwise clean with a typical business hotel bathroom. Staff were very kind during check in and gave my cranky toddler a badge and a lollipop to try and calm her down. English is proficient enough for check in and luggage storage. Breakfast was provided and is buffet style with a very nice selection of food offered.

Loved the cocktail hour. Great to be able to choose your own pillow. The kids got a wee pack with slippers, a sponge and a toothbrush, which they loved. Breakfast was good. Very close to the local train station. About a 15min walk to Shinkansen Station.

No staff around in the morning to drop bags off.

Nice staff, good location just right there where the fuji station at. Good breakfast and also they have a welcome bar open every evening for free drink. And pajamas or extra pillows you can pick in front of the counters.

Central location to discover Shizuoka - combined with Mt. Fuji-Shizuoka Area Tourist Pass Mini. Super near train station. Has a breakfast area to chill from 6pm-9pm with free drinks n some liquor. Very friendly staff!!

Breakfast was amazing, buffet style of healthy Japanese options! Location was excellent and within around 5 mins. They also have a free drinks section, help yourself between 1800 to 2100! And free coffee too!

Enjoyed variety of food at breakfast. Nice happy hour drinks. Good you could get another pillow one in room was not at all comfortable.

Spacious comfortable room. Located close to train station but a distance from downtown. Overnight parking available nearby at reasonable rate. Included breakfast also very nice.

Does not have own parking and you need to look for coin parking spaces nearby. It doesn’t have public bath, which I always look forward to.
