very very clean, breakfast Buffett

you should know that the WiFi Connection is very slowly so not useable in my room 4th Level. Video surveillance cameras in the onsen / changing room where the people are naked are disgusting.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Everything was also very clean. Also, the view of Mt Fuji is amazing on a clear day!

It was a little far from good transportation options. We frequently used taxis.

The staff were very kind and helpful. But it's definitely more of a hotel for business trips by one person than for tourists or couples.

It is very run down, the hallway of our room smelled, it was incredibly tiny, there was no view, and there was one tiny ac unit hidden and we couldn't get it turned on. We actually ended up leaving and not staying, we were offered a personal apartment by a friend instead.

It covered most of my needs, as I needed a hotel with available parking and as budget as possible while still offering what by Western standards are the basics for hotels, such as towels, linens and other similar things. It could have been a little cheaper in my opinion, but I think that the parking spot added to the cost and it is something that I needed so it wasn't a bad deal. I booked this hotel because I needed a place with available parking as I was traveling by car and using my car to do my business. The parking lot was very large specially by Japanese standards. It was also very easy to find as the picture in this site showed the entirety of the hotel's front making easy to spot it when looking for it with navigation app. The staff spoke English and was very helpful. The key was a electronic card system instead of normal keys. The room was quite spacious and for the type of hotel so was the bathroom. The breakfast was a self-service all you can eat buffet style with a good amount of options which I found very surprising. The room's refrigerator had a small freezer, which was a option that the other hotels that I visited didn't have, since I had two reusable ice packs that I was using to keep a thermal bag cool during the day it was a very good and welcomed feature, since that bag had to stay in my car out in the sun most of the day with my lunch box and drinks inside of it. Breakfast starts very early which was a plus for me as I had very limited time in the morning before I had to leave for my business and had to drive a little over one hour to get there. The early start allowed me to eat with less of a hurry. In short, if you are traveling via car is a good hotel if you with to visit the area.

The location was a bit out of place and not in a major street, the streets leading there were on the narrow side, so that can be a concern if you are driving there. While they offer electric kettles and say so in the site, I had to go to the lobby and ask to the staff where it was, they then guided me to the kitchen/cafeteria area and gave me the kettle. I am not sure if this is the norm or not. The kettle was also quite small with a 600ml capacity that isn't much. I had to refill it twice to properly eat the instant noodles that I bought for my dinner and refill it trice in the morning for my breakfast and preparing the noodles that I made my lunch box for the day. The amenities such as comb, toothbrush and paste, weren't available at the room, while I was given a paper with instructions in English that told me where those were located I was already in my room when I read it and had to go down to get those. I would have appreciated if the staff mentioned that the amenities were in the bottom floor after I finished my check in. The refrigerator was a bit troublesome to turn on, having clearer instructions on how to turn it on would helped a lot. I found the key card system a bit troublesome as you need to take the card with you when you leave the room and then need to place the card in a slot in the wall of your room to turn on the lights and such. The lighting of the room also felt a bit too dim for me, since I wasn't going to do any work in the room it wasn't much of a issue, but I felt that the room was always a bit darker than it should be. Nothing was a deal breaker or major grievance, just minor inconveniences.
