Room was spacious and has almost everything you need, microwave, stove, kitchen tools, washing machine, USB charger, etc. Location is not far from Hakata Station only 10 mins walk and there are many convenient stores nearby. Paid parking is just opposite of the hotel.

There is no people working at the hotel and it's really hard to contact management team if you need urgent help. No one pick up the phone using the number provided. So everything must be very well planned and any question/special request should be asked before arrival. There is no cleaning service which is ok for the price but it would be nice if you provide some easy cleaning tools in the room like broom or mop. The room is quite messy if you stay for more than 2-3 nights.

Since there is no staff it was difficult to communicate specifically we couldn’t enter the property because it was locked and we didn’t know security code

the room facilities were excellent - clean washing machine, drying facility in bath room, nice and modern toilet, comfortable bed. fairly spacious for 2 pax, check-in process at 3pm was quick and efficient, super market and family mart nearby

room only provided 2 trash bags for 8 days of stay... we have requested for more trash bag via the room inter-com but there is completely no response. The hotel should also allow hotel guests to bring their garbage to the garbage bin on the first level rather then wait for rubbish collection by the hotel at irregular intervals

Spacious and clean. The family suite has 2 WC which is a great plus point. Huge living area for bonding. There was card games and board games on loan for free. There was extra towels that you can pick up from the lobby for those on extended stay. Walking distance to Hakata station. List of recommended food spots at the lobby.

We are a family of five but there were only 4 slippers in the room. There was no way to get another pair immediately.

For Japanese standards quite spacious studio/appartment with many good amenities, such as a washing machine. Studio is clean, wel maintained and the 2 beds are quite comfortable. Reasonable price/quality ratio.

The check in procedure is a bit chaotic with a tablet and lots of questions but in the end worked well. Location is quiet but not really inspiring

The apartment was clean, we were happy with the beds. There was an elevator which was great. The location was easy to find.

The pillows were very hard especially for my kids. There was no drying rack, which was strange because there was a washing machine. I asked for information but no response. The incheck was not very difficult but totally unnecessary and not efficiënt. Some place for drying the towels would also be nice. There was no contact with the owners.

The space, cleanliness, modern furniture and kitchenette. Towels and toiletries are more than adequate. .

Pillows are medium to hard, not enough. Wish they have more than one pan and larger pan with lid for cooking. Microwave could have been a multi-oven and microwave in one.

The room fits for 6 people and because it has 3 double beds. It is very large room with great kitchen utensils and washing machine. The TV is also great. Everything is really good.

The receptionist system. We weren't told that the gate closed at 9. We were stuck outside without knowing the code to enter the building. No one works on the receptionist since they do it online. No one helped us until someone we don't know also want to enter the building and told us the code. Also we had problem during check out. There was internet connection problem with the IPAD so we need to call their main service center.

The beds are large and very comfort. 2 Toilets with seperate bathroom are very good for group of people. So guests don't have to fight for use it. Also 2 digital TV and 2 air-cons. The hotel is quiet and close to supermarkets.

The pillows is not good-firm much. There is a washing machine but don't have a rack for drying clothes.

Quiet and peaceful, have everything that you need, have good internet, self check-in and out is easy to follow, near Hagakure restaurant have combini nearby. walk around 15 min to Hakata station

check-in time is 15.00 so you need a good plan or else you have to carry you luggages around in the first day
