Veeery good breakfast, we were lucky to have the room with Fuji-san view, very careful with cleanliness - ask to clean luggage wheels at the entrance and locker system for outside shoes, bus stop right near the hotel
A bit complicated system with outside shoes lockers, sleepwear were outside of the room and extra towels are near the elevators, after breakfast all the clothes with fried food smell, not much attractions in the town when there is cloudy or rainy weather and Fuji-san is shy, don’t recommend to walk from Shin-Fuji station to the hotel, find the bus or a taxi, because the road is through the plants and factories and road with dust and air pollution due to the trucks along the way.

Wow wow wow!! The views were next level. We could see Fiji from our window (request this side) I’ve never been in a hotel so clean in my entire life it was spotless Staff lovely, breakfast plentiful (thought some strange selections) Great that movies were also included in the room! Restaurants nearby
Sadly our fault we didn’t realise how far the location was from the Fuji attractions and the main spots. It’s near a lovely park but otherwise you need to travel 1 plus hours to get everywhere. But it’s great value for money for what it is.

The room with great view to Mount Fuji! There is a laundry room. You have to leave your shoes downstairs so there is no dirt in your room.
If you arrive early in the morning with a night bus, there is no busses going to the center in the early morning, so you have to walk around 3 km from the station. There is nothing much to do in the city. Breakfast was only Japanese food. There was a mix-up during check-in and the older customer service person behaved inappropriately. All the other staff though were super friendly!

This was the best hotel experience for me during my Japan trip. I had a good view of Mt. Fuji from my window. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely fantastic. The hotel offers a Japanese guest experience as true as possible. You will need to remove your shoes at the lobby (as in Japanese custom) and put it in a locker. The result, absolutely clean carpets from the elevator, corridors and in your rooms. The windows in my room had Japanese style. The ceiling was painted brilliantly, the bathroom had shower and the typical Japanese bath system as well. Separate fully electronic toilet in the room. Nice experience overall. The breakfast was good and filling. An excellent experience I have to say.
Though the hotel is not very far from the station, this could be an issue if you want to take a bus late in the evening as there are none. Not an issue in the day time, to Shin Fuji and Fuji Station. Not the hotel's fault, but pls keep this in mind. Taxi from the station is around 1600 JPY. But this should not be the reason to pass this hotel up. If you get a room here, Book it without hesitation.

1. We asked for a room with Mt Fuji view, and it was incredible to wake up and see the mountain right out of my window 2. The breakfast was good. Nice selection of traditional Japanese food (we had curry with rice, a little heavy for breakfast, but why not) 3. There was free parking. One of the rare finds during our budget road trip 4. The room was decent and clean
I know they try to have some Japanese element in room decor and bedding style. But that’s just not much of a thing for me, especially the bedding. The room can be a little bigger for sure. I was not used to take off my shoes and put them in a locker right when I entered the hotel lobby.

The man at the reception was supper helpful with information and it made us change our plans and cancel a night there in order to go to the lakes instead. They were very kind and let us cancel. The room is clean and the view of Fuji in our windows in the morning was awesome.
The room is small. But not smaller than many other hotels in Japan. There aren't many places to eat nearby. There is a not so pleasant smell at the reception from the kitchen nearby. Fuji city is to be avoided. Industrial city.

The room had an amazing view of Mt. Fuji! Breakfast was good, bed super comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Great value for money. The location is okay, there’s a bus stop right in front of the door and a few restaurants further along the street. Supermarket also within walking distance.
No power plug near the bed. Shoe locker is fine, but would be nice if it was a bit bigger so it can easily fit two pairs of shoes (I changed between sneakers/hiking shoes quite often and didn’t want to take one pair up to the room every time) .

The hotel is positioned perfectly allowing an unblocked view of Mt Fuji; we requested for Mt Fuji view as well as rooms beside one another and they provided it to us without additional charge. Truly accommodating in both our request as well as a great strategic location stay.
The breakfast was just okay - but there's no illusion there; I believe this is expected of a budget hotel for visitors around Japan, including various individuals travelling for business. Overall other than food, this place is great for one night stop/stay before moving on to other parts of Shizuoka or further.

The accommodation in this hotel was great. The hotel is well equipped, the location is a 30-minute walk from the station, which is not the closest, but with transport it is fine. The cleanliness was not one hundred percent, but the bed was clean. The sheets are traditionally Japanese, so the half of the quilt is without a sheet, which we didn't like very much for hygiene reasons, but the staff was nice and gave us another sheet.

Amazing view of Mt Fuji from our 11th floor deluxe twin room. Very comfortable mattresses and the hotel was able to let us use a few more pillows to alleviate a medical condition. Very clean rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Free parking next door was very convenient. Felt very safe around here.
Taking shoes on and off and having to store them in lockers was inconvenient but does help maintain cleanliness - some more comfortable slippers would be an improvement. The toilet area in our room was very cramped, like what you get in an airplane and disproportionate to the large bed area.
