The location was perfect, across from the Peace Park and close to bus and trolley routes. The breakfast was healthy and hearty and varied, good for enjoying Japanese flavors or falling back to some Western comfort food. The best part of breakfast was the view enjoyed every morning from the top-floor breakfast restaurant. Staff (front desk, breakfast) was superb and helpful.

The ease of location to the road car ( tram ) and the location to the Peace Park, all 100mtr access. The room with a view was worth it. The amenities, such as all bathroom necessities are free to access, so don't have to pack bathroom stuff was a bonus. Breakfast was free and the 50 items allowed me to eat well, even though i don't eat sugar, carbs nor seafood. A great Japanese bathhouse was only 900mtrs away and an awesome vietnamese restaurant in the backstreet was the best.

The hotel restaurant wasn't open in the evening, so had to walk to find something after a long day of walking, yet the Italian on the corner next to the boat cruise ticket area was lovely.

The location was excellent as we had a great view of the peace memorial park and genbaku dome. It was also well connected by street cars and buses to the train stations as we went about our travels around Hiroshima prefecture. The breakfast buffet on the top floor of the hotel was a treat as we got to have an even wider view of the surrounding area. The food did not really change during our 3 times there but they were tasty and that's all that matters to us. There's vending machines on every floor and that helps too.

There's only 4 machines in the laundry room in the hotel so we opted to visit the coin laundry 1 minute walk away from the hotel.

This hotel was great! The location was incredible, the staff was very kind and helpful, and the room was comfortable. Our room also had a humidifier which helped with the cold dry air. It was very easy to walk to the Peace Park, Atomic Bomb Dome, and everywhere else we wanted to go. When we asked the front desk about the schedule to take the Airport Limousine bus back to HIJ he was kind enough to print it out and mark which ones were best for our flight. We recommend this hotel!

Perfectly located right next to the Peace Memorial Park and the city center within walking distance. The view from the breakfast room was stunning. The breakfast was good, I think. One big compliment I have to give to the staff: We asked for luggage transfer service (Takkyubin), and even if our luggage was a bit at the upper end of the size limitations (in that price category), they charged us very fairly, treated us very friendly, and our luggage arrived safely at its destination.

The room was a bit small and simple, considering the impressive entry hall. Having a 140-cm bed pushed to a wall doesn't leave much space or comfort for 2 persons, but this is something we had already reckoned with, so it didn't bother us too much.

I like the view of the Peace Park in my room. All the staff are really nice. Hotel is just near the bus station. It's also within walking distance (about 800m) to the shopping area and Ichiran/restaurants. There's an option for eco-cleaning which is nice. They only replace the towels and remove the trash when you choose this option. I also like the free breakfast even if the options are almost the same for my entire stay.

There is no convenience store nearby (within 1-2 blocks), but it's not a big deal for me.

This hotel was great for family travelers with incredible locations and views from the room. The staff are also very kind and helpful. In particular, for families with children, children’s museums and parks are very close to this hotel. Bus stop and tram stations are also near this hotel for traveling with public sports. Also, I liked breakfast menus with a great view of Hiroshima Peace Park and Atomic Bomb Dome. We recommend this hotel when you visit Hiroshima....

The hotel is relatively close to the Peace Memorial Park, which contains the Peace Memorial and is close to the A-Bomb Dome. It is also a 5-minute walk away from a bus stop, from where you can take a bus from/to the Hiroshima Station and many other interesting locations. Also, if you have a JR pass, like we did, you can take the Meipuru circular bus to get to the main attractions (and the Hiroshima station) at no extra cost. The rooms are well-equipped. They even have LAN cables for old laptops that don't have Wi-Fi chips. Our floor (4F) also had vending machines, which is very convenient. The crew also helped us fill out Yamato Kuroneko waybills, which was crucial for us to send our luggage to another city.

One of my personal hygiene products disappeared mysteriously. Also, my smartphone (Android Galaxy A12) was not able to find the hotel Wi-Fi hotspot, which my laptop did. It may be due to the protocol supported by the hotel Wi-Fi router.

This was our favourite stay on our trip. We only had one night but I wish we had more. It was like exactly the same decor and layout as the Shrangi-La in Kuala Lumpur, so felt like a 5 star stay to us. The breakfast was the best we had on the trip and the staff were so, so nice. I don't agree with comments that it needs a reno and facelift. That clean, white modern look that is in is so boring with no personality. Location was amazing too, so close to everything.

The room felt pretty dark but I've noticed that's a common theme across hotels in Japan.

It's your usual hotel experience, so I'm fine with the essentials. The bed was nice, and the breakfast was very good. The view from their breakfast area (14F) was also nice to have. You can get basic amenities upon check-in, which included toner, aftershave, and even facial cleanser and cleansing oil for those who need it. The price for that kind of hotel at a prime spot near the peace park was also great. Nothing else much that we could say, since we only stayed for one night, but it's nice to know that the rate is very affordable.

A minor inconvenience: the faucet tap at the CR operates backwards: normally for that kind of fixture you pull up the handle to open and push down to close, but it was the other way around.
