I guess.. everything. Man that was a great choice. We took doublebed room, so basically hotel standard, great price, clean, nonstop machine checkin/checkout, shared but very nice bathroom. Overall looked better than on pictures.

Stupid reviews giving 6.0 because they had to ask for second key which they immediatelly received without complication and similar BS. This hostel would have rating around 9.3 in Europe, we almost didn't book it for the low rating (currently 7.7).

It was so quiet in the mixed dorm, that I could sleep pretty well! Also the aircondition was not to cold, the tempreture was perfect. The bed is like 1,20 m - pretty wide for one person. Behind the bed is a safe - great! The bathrooms are really nice and clean. The same in the kitchen area. And its a huge common area. Keys to leave your luggage in the main area are really great.

I would have liked a normal check in better then the self check in. Also it would be nice, when there would be a stuff person there all day long to ask things. I would have loves to buy the room wear - I liked it a lot!

The best hostel ive stayed in. They set the standard for hostel so high. The room is not capsule type but proper room with super single bed with privacy curtain. Facilities are great. Common area is quite lively. Well equipped kitchen. Theres amenities rack for you to get your pyjamas, towel, toothbrush etc. theres also private room if you dont want the shared dorm, but the dorm is more than enough for solo travel. Bathroom area is large. Check in/ check out is automated with their fancy machine.

I wish they have shoes off policy onside the sleeping area since its all carpeted. Some rooms might get lights from the corridor in so its not totally dark.

The best accommodation we’ve stayed at in Japan for this price range by far. This place deserves a much higher rating than it currently has. Very new and modern hotel in a fantastic location. Private rooms were comfortable and quiet and bathrooms were clean with lots of toilets, sinks and showers in. Large common area with well stocked kitchen facilities and drinks and snacks available (at a cost).

The kitchen could maybe do with one more hob so that more than one person can cook at busy times

The staff were brilliant and the facilities were impressive. When you check in, the staff pass you a bag with towels for your stay. There is also plenty of extra amenities available for you to grab at any time. Everything was very clean.

Thin walls. Those in the room next to us were loud at 3am.

Beautiful hostel in the city center ,very clean and cabins are big with a lot of space for the luggage.They give clean towels every day and the bathrooms are big and clean.There is a bus station 3 minutes walking from the hotel .I had a nice time in kanazawa and I recommend this hostel .

Staff, Kitchen, pool, ping pong, bathrooms and location.

A very nice kitchen but without refrigerator. As other many accomodations in Japan no way for hangin' clothes and towels in the bathrooms. Electric connection not really in the best position for connecting more than one plug.

Great place, it’s huge, kinda feels like your in a hotel but still shared. Lovely clean bathrooms. The bedroom capsules are a decent size. It’s wasn’t super busy so nice and quiet

Would be nice if the capsule walls went higher up to the ceiling just to block out more lights and noise. I did notice cameras in the rooms for security I guess but you can see them from the capsule

Cozy bed, okey location, great wifi, privacy

I arrived an hour earlier to leave my luggage there but there was absolutely no one. Not even a note. At exactly 3pm (check in time) the staff appeared. The bed cabin don’t have a roof so you hear everything and I must say I found it quite cold (even though I don’t get cold fast)

I am definitely impressed by the organisation of the place. Very comfortable and wide bed, nice bed sheets and in general very tidy and clean. Cozy common space. Good location.

Some basic knowledge of English would be appreciated. This is the only place which sent emails in Japanese. The idea of privacy and intimacy with the separated "rooms" is gone because there are no doors and you can enjoy the snoring of 20 people.
