The location is good which is close to both Kamata JR and Kyoukyu railway station. At the hotel entrance, a bus stop to Haneda airport is set, which suits me to get the bus to take early flight in Haneda airport. The reception staff is nice and speaks good English. The hotel facilities are well equipped. The room is clean and the space looks larger than general business hotel in Tokyo. The bed is comfortable. Recommend to stay when traveling in Tokyo.

Not a big matter. While using the washing machine, the machine service charge does not contain detergent and need to pay 100 yen buy it at the reception counter. It looks different from other hotels while the detergent is also included in the service charge.

It was a very convenient location, with an affordable price, the room was very clean too. I am very happy to get the good rate(special mobile booking price?)even it was a last-minute booking.

The room was a bit small side but it was ok because we stayed here for catching next morning flight

Just note that there are 2 Ai hotel keikyu kamata , one is Ai hotel keikyu kamata ekimae which is the nearer one to keikyu kamata station . The other is this one slightly further away from the station . Both have the same signboard n pictures on booking.com . I strongly suggest that the Management state very clearly on their adverts .

It’s ok for one night

Check in was quick and efficient. Very close to Keikyu Kamata Station (gateway to Haneda Airport). Right in between Tokyo and Yokohama making it convenient to visit both cities.

This isn't a criticism, just be aware that the rooms are very small (commensurate with the price). Suitable for solo or couple traveling light, not as suitable for families or for long stays.

Cheap price for a nice room, good location near the station, handy for Haneda, interesting area for shops and eating options. Coin laundry useful, staff allowed me to leave my bags for a few hours after checkout.

Comfortable, neat and clean. All the things you need in a place for a temporary stay is there. Accommodating and especially the lady cleaner who have helped me with my key card since I forgot it inside the room. Best of all it’s just few minutes away from Haneda Airport.

A little bit expensive hotel. But I was there during golden week. Nice staffs. Clean room, comfortable bed. Nice location.

No free water bottle. Most hotel provided one bottle of water. Some hotel lists tap water can drink.

So clean, just 5 mins walk to Keikyu Kamata train stn, the lovely staffs, safety of the area and so many restaurants around there.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Lady at the reception called a taxi for me when I checked out! She was so nice. Rooms were clean and the water pressure was amazing. Wifi was really good. I have nothing to complain about.

Lots of good eateries. Close to Haneda airport and some good shopping.

Playboys and massage girls out at night gives it a seedy vibe.
