It was a very nice Hotel. For the price it’s really amazing. I liked that it was very silent and the beds were surprisingly comfortable even though the mattress was pretty thin and quite hard. The location is pretty good too. It’s right by the JR Kamata Station and not too far of a walk to the Keikyu Kamata Station. it’s also pretty easy to get to from Haneda Airport. You need to take the KK line and get out at Keikyu Kamata, then walk a bit through the city. I did it with a pretty big suitcase and it was no problem. To get to cities like Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku etc. Usually you have to take the JK line to Shinagawa and then continue with the JY line. For Akihabara you can take just the JK line. For Asakusa and Ginza you have to drive to Tokyo station with the JK line and continue with the Ginza line. (Google maps is pretty good for that) The room itself is pretty small and doesn’t have high enough ceilings to be able to stand in it. But it has enough space to put a suitcase inside and if you book consecutive stays they most likely put you into a room at a corner where you can put your suitcase as well without getting in the way of anybody. They have a food area with a few tables and some machines for coffee, ice cubes, the soft ice cream and one more i didn’t try so i don’t know. they have various things like syrup for the ice cream milk and sugar for the coffee and a whole tea station as well. They have a hot water dispenser for the tea but also for instant noodles and they have a microwave as well. The bathroom seems pretty clean. They have these typical japanese toilets and i think 3 or 4 shower rooms. (If you shower in the evening you might have to stand in line but between 6-7 in the morning pretty much nobody is showering). The hotel closes between 10 and 15 o’clock for cleaning every day. They take out your trash, they will give you new towels and a new pyjama as well.

The only thing i didn’t like was that, even though Kamata is a nice location it can get somewhat scary at night with so many drunk people, so just be aware of that and maybe don’t walk around alone after 22 o’clock.

At first the location of the capsule hotel was just across Kamata station so it was really an efficient place. The place also has everything you would like to shop for as a tourist. Also, the place has so many amenities, like the free curry rice or ramen at night, an unlimited choice of drinks from hot and cold to unlimited sundae ice cream. Also the capsule was really big and comfortable, I can watch TV too without being too loud amongst my neighbors.

It's only that if you are for a continuous stay plan, you have to literally leave from 10 am and get back at 3 pm. It's nice since it may force you to really go around the whole day, but its annoying that you can't leave at your own pace, OR stay the whole day at the hotel because of this rule.

The capsules are pretty spacious and comfortable. People were quiet and respectful so I slept really well. All the amenities are good, offering some free essentials like razors and soap. I really appreciated the unlimited soda and ice cream. There's also lots of manga that's fun to look through. Kamata is also a nice area to be in with plenty around but not too busy, and the hostel is right by the train station and not too far from Haneda Airport. I'd highly recommend this hostel, one of the best I've ever stayed in.

You're not allowed to stay in the hostel between 10am and 3pm due to cleaning, but this wasn't a big deal because we wanted to explore as much as we could during the day. And at least you know the hostel is super clean!

The bathrooms and shower rooms are squeaky clean, and there are endless free extras, such as premium-quality shampoo, hair conditioner, and hair dryer—all high-end stuff. Free snack each day, all-you-can-eat ice cream (with choice of seven toppings!), and drink bar. Large room with pillow/blanket bar for additional comfort. The laundry facility was inexpensive and worked great—quiet, civilized clientele. The location can't get any better, a mere 30-second walk from the train station. I witnessed the staff constantly running around to tidy up the place, a sign of good operation.

If you get a capsule/bunk facing the station, it may get a little noisy early in the morning with traffic.

A very nice capsule hotel in a convenient location near the airport. They provide a great little amenities bag with towels, pyjamas, and a toothbrush. Clean shared bathrooms and eating area with free drinks and ice cream.

Capsules aren't the most sound proof but that's to be expected in a capsule hotel.

It was our first stay in a capsule hotel and it was amazing. You never thought you could get that much privacy in such a small shared space. The amenities provided were also excellent: access to hot water for drinks after hours, good selection of coffee, tea and other beverages, toiletries, a nice shared lounge area with ice-cream to add a nice touch. Bed was clean and comfy.

We got ready the following day during rush hour, so there were a lot of people using the washroom at the same time. It was narrow but manageable. No fault of eeGee, it's just space constraints and it's totally understandable.

This hotel is located right next to Kamata Station, making it very close to public transportation. It takes about 30 minutes to reach Tokyo city center. There are many convenience stores nearby. The public areas are quite clean, and the restroom and shower facilities are satisfactory. Highly recommended for solo travelers.

I don’t understand why guests staying consecutively have to return their room key every day and check in again. This is not friendly for introverted people who are not good at social interaction.

The space was clean. The staff was attentive to ensuring cleaning was occurring at regular intervals. The facilities were convenient and honestly the soft serve ice cream machine was one of the most wonderful ideas I've seen and it is amazing! What a great refreshing treat on any hot Tokyo day. The room or capsule was spacious enough that you could even keep your carry-on luggage with you. There is a TV in each capsule and the room is insulated enough watching at relatively high volume won't disturb your neighbours too much. The hotel also offers complimentary toothbrushes, shavers, sponge towels, combs etc at the front reception. The eeGee access card is pretty much your access into all portions of the building once you check-in.

The mattress was a little stiff and the room got a little humid/hot. However the small fan provided provided enough relief to sleep without problem.

Very cozy place with nice staff and exceptional cleanliness. Excellent for short-term stays, mostly, but I was able to stay 10 days with little issue. Generous amenities, especially for the price.

For those travelling from overseas, you cannot rest despite jetlag, as you aren't allowed within the building during daytime hours due to cleaning.
