I had a very comfortable stay, the room was spacious and the location is easy to get to from the airport. Reception was open even though I arrived very late from a flight and I was very happy to make use of their laundry facilities!

We only needed to stay one night before starting our trip, so the location was excellent being a short taxi ride from Haneda. This isn't a fancy hotel but the price reflects that. For the price it was excellent value for money so I was happy with it. Clean and tidy.

It was close to the airport, clean, and the bed was comfortable. It's small and simple, but good value for money and the staff were friendly and spoke great English (not ever an expectation, but just always impresses me). I arrived very late at night (3am) from the airport, and there was an easy an efficient key box check in for me to do.

It's a little outdated etc., but for the price I think totally fine.

As soon as I arrived, check in was quick and I was given my room key, the wifi password, and a tour of where the room was, which one was my capsule, and where the showers were. The capsule had a nice corner to put my glasses and phone, as well as an outlet and USB ports to charge my devices. The control panel had knobs to turn off or dim the lighting in the capsule. There was also a small display with the current time and the option to set an alarm. You can close and secure the curtain so you get some privacy in your capsule. The bed was super comfortable and I had a wonderful night's rest after a 20 hour trip. I was able to place my luggage in the lobby, as I had 2 checked bags and a carry on and some small bags. I took my carry on with me in the room, and placed my bags in my personal locker. The pass code for the locker is on your room card and has a towel and face towel inside. The staff went beyond and helped me get my luggage forwarded to my next location. They didn't charge me a fee for it either(I will have to pay the invoice for the shipment upon arrival at my next location). The whole facility was very clean and well maintained. The showers had a small area to place your items inside, and there was shampoo and body wash you could use. Overall I am very happy with the service i recieved and would definitely book with this hotel again in the future. Thank you!

Overall a good experience. It was my first time trying a capsule hotel and the capsules were a bit more comfortable and feature-packed than I expected.

Breakfast was at capacity when I wanted to eat, so that was unfortunate. A single mattress Japanese futon has always been uncomfortable for me since I’m a side sleeper, so not having a full bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but that’s not really their fault.

I stayed here twice, and both times staff was very kind and accommodating to our needs and requests. The willingness to adjust for myself and my parents made our first trip much easier. I appreciated the understanding of the hotel staff.

I wasn’t necessarily surprised, since I read it in reviews, but there were few ameneties and facilities at the hotel (no breakfast, no bath/only shower, no elevator, etc.) The air conditioner also functioned poorly which was difficult in summer heat.

Bed and pillow was nice, the room was nice and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. They have a coin laundry in the facility.

Location, if you travel by train you always have to switch lines at Keikyū Kawasaki Station to get to other areas like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tokyo, Akihabara and so on.

Mostly the fact that it was easy to get to from main city areas. The staff were very kind. perfect for a couple nights stay between travel.

Having to pay for a different check in time wasn't ideal, but understandable. Nothing else to complain about. I didnt get a chance to try the breakfast so no opinions there.

The room , while small, was comfortable. Great use of space for the washroom. Greatly appreciate the individually packed toothbrush, shampoo and shower gel.

It was not easy to find the place. We needed the help of a local resident to find it. Should provide a map from the 2 closest train station. There was a festival about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. It would have been nice if the staff informed us.

Great location for a quick airport run in the morning, staff friendly and helpful calling a taxi.

Had a non smoking room but my towel smelled of smoke.
