This hotel was perfect for our needs for an overnight stay after a long flight from USA with a 20hr layover between our next flight. Therefore the shuttle was very convenient and one of the reasons we chose it. The rooms although not huge, were spacious enough and the beds comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and we do appreciate having actual proper check-in staff in hotels, especially after long flights! The rooms were described as having "shared bathrooms" on Booking.com when we booked but they are not shared, just normal hotel rooms with normal bathrooms! (Which was a nice relief!). Also, a 7-Eleven nearby which was handy for snacks!

The restaurant/ bar upstairs (Captain's Grill) was extremely expensive, we had one beer and left and went to the other more relaxed dining area downstairs near the lobby where the food and drinks were quite reasonably priced and the food was fine.

Staff at check out ensured we got a taxi and directions to Tokyo station. She was exceptional!

The airport shuttle is efficient, reliable, and on time. The hotel onsen was a bonus to have for winding down. Breakfast was of good quality. Staff were helpful, and the amenities were good too. Overall, this hotel is excellent value for money.

It would be good if the frequency of the shuttles could increase. The bed was a bit hard, and I had trouble sleeping.

The shuttle bus service is what made us decide to stay here and we are so glad we did. The shuttle bus ran on time and the hotel gives you the timetable of pick up points at the terminals. Once we got to the hotel we were impressed with the style and look of the hotel, fantastic customer service, very comfortable beds, clean, wonderful showers, lots of snacks and goodies available for purchase in the reception area and great tasting coffee. The view of the airplanes taking off over the river made my aviation fanatical husband’s day.

Modern design. Great service from the staff. Free shuttle to the airport. Well equipped rooms. Easy to get outside to the park and to the foot/cycle path by the river. Rooms very quiet despite being close to airport. Great cafe and bike/ multi sport hire shop next door. Great breakfast.

That the bike hire shop wasn't open before we had to check out. Minor issue.

It's all great. I will certainly go back. Just the smoke from cooking on the 5th floor bothers me a bit. The food is amazing though.

I couldn’t get NHK 7pm news in English on the TV. But it was good that you had English explanations.

I was staying there during my last night in Japan. It's very conveniently located near Haneda airport (walkable distance). There's a shuttle bus service if needed, I personally took the walk as my plane took off at 10 pm and it gave me enough time to walk through the shrines around Haneda. The room was clean, spacious and the bathroom was the best relax for the last night. They offer breakfasts for an additional price - the food was tasty. The view is beautiful, so is the room. The staff speaks English. Facilities are provided and there wasn't anything I didn't like.

Close to the airport but shuttle not available from Terminal 3 (Qantas). Cost about $15 in a cab so no problem. Lovely service at reception - excellent English spoken. Small but very comfortable and quiet room with nice industrial feel - the whole hotel is an old warehouse. Nice vibe.

Close to Terminal 3. A little far to walk with luggage, but free shuttle bus made getting to airport so easy. Great views of the airport & river. Awesome value for money. Loved the sitting areas on the ground floor. So much room. Great setup.
