We were looking for affordable options for a stay before our morning flight from Haneda. We are glad we chose this hotel. It was steps away from Keikyu-Kamata Station and a short ride to the airport. Quiet neighborhood with a 7-11 almost next door. The rooms are simple, but clean. Apple TVs in each room. Great WiFi. Great shower. Very quiet. As with every bed we have slept on in Japan, the mattresses are firm, but we had 2 pillows each! (A rarity in our experience). We slept well. Breakfast was okay, but had quite a few items to choose from. More suited to a Japanese palate. We would absolutely stay here again before a morning flight.

If someone is looking for a place with a lot to do, this might not be the location. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. Luckily, it’s easy to get around due to the proximity of the metro station.

This is a great full-service hotel. Great value—I paid around the equivalent of $72, which is incredible for Tokyo. Easy train ride to/from Haneda airport. We stayed the night before an early flight, but honestly you could stay here for your whole Tokyo vacation. Steps from Keikyu-Kamata station. Walkable from Kamata station (yes, there are two different stations). Area between the two stations is super fun—lots of restaurants, bars, shopping. Room is small, but bright and clean. Nice bathroom, high-quality body wash/shampoo/conditioner. Extra toiletries (toothbrush, razor, brush, etc…) provided for free. Comfy pajamas provided. Tea/cappuccino machine free and available all day.

There was no option to book with breakfast included. Didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked good.

our room was small but everything was provided. Daily room cleaning was also provided if needed! Mattress was firm but comfortable. Bath tub was available in the room and you could buy onsen powder in the lobby. Iced water, tea, coffee and candy were available in both lobby and restaurant area. Breakfast was great! Staff were all very friendly. It was located in the residential side of Keikyu Kamata but it was only a few minutes walking distance from subway station which was few stops away from Haneda Airport. Very comfortable traveling to the airport the next day during the morning rush hours. There was some restaurants nearby. We tried the food twice in a small restaurant run by a senior couple and we loved it. A marketplace located in the another side of subway station, but we didn’t have a chance to try the food there during our stay. Overall we had a nice stay in this hotel.

I stayed here for a single night because I had an early morning flight and it is very close to Haneda Airport. No problems with the transfer to the airport by the Keikyū Airport Line. The staff were very helpful, and I was impressed by the 24-hour reception (they also have automatic check-out machines). It would also work really well as a base to explore Tokyo if you're arriving into the city late.

I made the mistake of going to Kamata Station rather than Keikyu-Kamata Station - which was a 15 minute walk away, but through a nice area. There's a kettle in the room, but no coffee/tea bags. A proper chair and desk rather than a stool and fold-out table would have been nice. It was twice the cost of the hotel that I was previously staying in on the outskirts of Tokyo, but it was a more comfortable hotel.

The room was perfect as it was, there was a TV, an electric boiler, an alarm clock, a fridge, a safe, even some less useful items likes a pen and paper. There was also free wifi, and the rooms were always all cleaned, coffee is free from 9 am to midnight, there was also a breakfast service, which can be included in the booking or not even if closed to keikyu kamata station and frequent trains coming by, i've never heard any ! it was really nice

the price for the room size may be a bit too high, we had a double bedroom and a single toilet, it felt kind of cramped, the fridge was also quite small, but these are not important issues in my opinion

we booked this hotel to be near Haneda but it was rather far from the airport. We had to pay around 20 euro to get to the hotel and 20 euro to get back to the airport the next day, so if you want to spend a night near the airport choose another hotel even if you have to pay more you will be faster in your room to rest. The hotel was very much nice though, ok size amenities. -free coffee, tea and other beverages at the lobby . -friendly staff -there is a supermarket 2 minutes from the hotel -breakfast was also nice, Japanese but still nice with items to choose from.

A bit far from the airport but this is not the hotels fault, I had to do my research better ;-)

Excellent location serving Haneda Airport. Easy 5minute walk with luggages from Keikyu Kamata Station. For budget traveler, if you are able to use App like Navitime and understand well train schedule/transfer etc, not bad idea to use from/to Narita Airport either. Direct Limousine Bus from Narita to Haneda cost ¥ 3.600 ($24) plus train to Keikyu Kamata ¥280, and takes 1h20min. Depends on schedule but no-transfer direct Narita Sky Access Line from Narita to Keikyu Kamata cost ¥ 1.700 ($11.35) and 1h40min. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Their 24hs Cafe Space with free wife is spacious and very cozy. If you have a flight departing late in the afternoon, hotel let you leave luggages and stay in the Cafe.

Location is great, very near Keikyu Kamata station, just cross a bridge linked to the station, there's a 7-11 immediately and just turn around the corner is the hotel. Rooms were cosy, compact and clean. Free amenities, coffee, tea at lobby cafe, Donki nearby

During check-in the lady told me my room is the smallest type and if i wanted to upgrade with an additional fee. Wondering why they need to emphasize that my room is the 'smallest', just saying. It's fine if they are going to offer me a free upgrade though.

We had to buy the breakfast which was not included in our reservation. The breakfast was good the usual buffet serving. There was eggs, bread, sausage over hot plates. cereal, fruit and drinks. The hotel is 5 minutes walking from train station. But, it takes about 45 minutes to get to central Tokyo. We didn’t mind that. Air conditioning was very good and quiet. But we went early October so it wasn’t real hot and humid. The staff was helpful, friendly and most of them spoke or could understand English. The staff also let us keep our luggage in their security area so that we could check in and go out for some lunch or shopping. Make sure your arrival is at 3 PM for check-in. The management is very strict and adamant about letting rooms out earlier than 3 PM. So if you’re arriving earlier, give them a call and make arrangements to have them secure your luggage in a safe area at the hotel. Security for the elevators was you needed a room key to go up. The laundry room had two machines that were very clean. They had vending machines for drinks and snacks. Our room had a small safe for your valuables. The train station building had two nice grocery markets and eating areas. Right outside of the station there was a busy street that had restaurants and small eateries for about 100 yards down the street and they were reasonable in price. My wife and I weren’t looking for a $300 or $500 hotel rooms. I think we did good for being our first trip to Japan without a tour and at prime age of 70 years old, I think we did good.

The room was small. No closet, no tables, or shelves. The TV was Apple app, so you had to pay. Regular tv channels were in Japanese. The hotel is basically a business man’s or business lady’s rooms. The decor is very simple and nothing fancy but the place was clean. Housecleaning associates would leave their huge supply carts in our hallway so it did look kind of messy. The hallway rug needed to be clean on our floor.

The location of the hotel is very close to the Keikyu-Kamata JR station and within a few stops of Haneda airport. It is a short walk from the station, and is mostly sheltered. The rooms were large enough for us as a family of 3, and was comfortable for our stay. There were plenty of amenities, and the staff were friendly.

One of the rooms (a double) was a bit narrow, and it was hard to get around the other side of the bed as the TV mounting was in the way, and was a bit of a hazard.
