Although it was just for one night, I’ve had a fabulous stay at 2no home & park and would definitely come back! The facilities are spotless clean and super comfy. The design is well-thought – starting with the room distribution and ending with the shower board – and the location is centric yet quiet, overlooking a small park in Ninomiya. You also get cool perks like an onsen ticket (which was surprisingly good!!) and a taste of local sake as a welcome drink (whether it’s sake, whiskey, beer, or wine you like, make sure to visit the 2no shops nearby, run by the same people). Highly recommended!

The host was very knowledgeable and commute very well in English that he helped us with all our enquiries. The welcome drink was much appreciated and I had the most yummy wine and my hubby had the best sake in town. Please visit their lovely bar if you have the time. The complementary public bath was great for me(female) but hubby and the boys complained that when they visited the bath in the evening time, it was too crowded so they didn't enjoyed it much. Lovely 1 night stay in Kobe with comfortable beds. We stayed in the family room, next to the park! The kids were happy!

2no HOME&PARK is an excellent choice for solo travelers. The staff members were kind and communicative, and upon my early arrival before check-in time, they stored my luggage, allowing me to explore Kobe's tourist attractions. I was fortunate to receive an upgrade to a single room, which was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities such as a fridge, desk, bed, water boiler, and tea set, offering comfort and convenience to travelers. The owner, who speaks and understands English, ensured there were no communication barriers, which I greatly appreciated. To my delight, the owner also provided complimentary tickets for a nearby onsen, although I was unable to use them. Nonetheless, his generosity was truly appreciated. Overall, my experience at 2no HOME&PARK was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to fellow solo travelers.

Due to the accommodation's proximity to a neighborhood park, there were instances of a few men gathering and talking loudly at night.

The location is amazing ..it's near to every place we wanted to visit and near to the touristic sites ..the neighbourhood is too great overall is too nice..staff are nice other visitors are nice too , everyone in The neighbourhood was helpful and welcoming ..the public bath was amazing,, I do recommend and If ill return sure ill book there again *Note : public bath you need to be naked ..like fully naked which was too weird

No WiFi, other than that, everything was excellent

The room and the bathroom were both nice and clean. The room was bigger than I thought and I didn't use the bathroom because they gave me a ticket to the public bath nearby for each night I stayed. They also provided a set to go to the public bath, including a towel, shower gel, shampoo, and a basket. Apart from that there was also a welcome drink at the bar.

It probably only happened to me. I didn't receive the owner's message (none from Booking and no emails at all) and therefore didn't know I had to tell them first if I need to leave my luggage. It was hard to reach anyone in the morning and I only knew about the luggage after wasting 30 minutes trying to even find someone to ask about the issue, and in the end I just walked back to the station and used a locker there. The staff was kind and later paid for the locker, but I wish the problem hadn't happened in the first place.

This was one of my favourite accommodations in Japan. The host was so kind and helpful, the room was spacious, there was free tea and the location was nice. It was also great to get a free welcome drink as we could try sake! We were offered a free public bath ticket for each night we stayed and I went twice - that was a really cool experience and a nice extra :) I would definitely recommend this place. It's also pretty close to the train station. (The host also introduced us to his friend's pizza place as we wanted a vegetarian friendly restaurant and it was really good!)

This is the second time for me staying at this hostel. The communication with the host is easier than in other places. Also our special requests were honored. I find pleasant the combination of a female-only sleeping facilities and a bar downstairs. We were able to have some really good conversations over a drink and a snack in this small place and also felt secure. The use of a public bath next to the hostel is a welcomed addition to the great stay.

The stairs are quite steep, so it's advisable to avoid coming with a bulky or heavy luggage to this accommodation.

Booked a single room. Hostel is conveniently located within walking distance from Sannomiya station. Facilities are clean and comfortable. They provided entrance tickets for free use of the nearby Onsen which was a nice touch. Host was also friendly and able to assist with luggage storage for the day after the specified check-out time. Would definitely stay again if passing through in the future. Travelers should note that to check-in, you need to go to the Sake shop located a few units down! Was initially confused when I got there but managed to get help from a nice passerby who directed me to the shop. Otherwise, everything was great

The property has a very good location, close to major stations, restaurants and other shops. I really enjoyed the free onsen ticket during my stay. The room is very clean and the shared bathroom was spacious.

The walls are a bit thin so I have to make sure I don’t make too much noise. Good thing I was the only one in the property when I stayed there.

Nice 'cubicle' to sleep in - spacious, space to store luggage under the bed, private as can be separated by a curtain. The female dorm feels like a studio apartment - ample spaces to sit, make coffee/tea. Nice two big sinks with hygenic products. Another bathroom (with shower) outside the room. It felt super clean and somewhat hotel-like. Entry to onsen was included, they even provided me with a towel, tote bag and shampoo/conditioner! Great place, would happily stay again.

You have to walk through a restaurant to get to the stairs that lead upstairs to the room. There will be some noise in the evening but I had no problem with earplugs. In the morning it'll be very quiet again ;) I wouldn't say it's bothering too much, just keep it in mind
