Super convenient location with tonnes of small shops and stores around and plenty of food. Loved walking around the neighbourhood and wished we had more time to explore more in the area! Close to attractions and malls.

Room walls were a little thin and ceiling height was low. No mirror in bedroom, only in the bathroom.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Kobe and had a fantastic experience. One of the best things about the hotel is its location. It’s situated in an area full of great restaurants and shops, which made it easy for us to find places to eat and do some last-minute shopping without having to venture too far. Whether you’re in the mood for Japanese cuisine or something more international, there’s no shortage of dining options just a short walk from the hotel. Our room was much bigger than we expected, especially by Japanese standards, and the bathroom was modern and spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable. It was a welcome retreat after long days of sightseeing. We loved having so much space to unwind and relax at the end of each day. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout our stay, which was a big relief since we needed it for both work and leisure. The connection was fast and reliable, allowing us to stream videos and stay connected without any interruptions. One of the biggest conveniences for us was the fact that the hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the Airport Limousine Bus stop, which made getting back to Kansai Airport incredibly easy. We didn’t have to worry about booking a taxi or navigating the train system with our luggage, and the short walk made our departure stress-free.

An amazing 4 star hotel. The service was excellent. We were able to drop off our luggage early. The room was very clean and comfortable. Comes with daily cleaning as well. The bathroom was great too. The shower was strong and elegant. The bed was big and comfy. Big enough for my wife, my 1 year old and myself. Very comfortable room that came with chromecast as well. We enjoyed our stay very much. It's also located in a great location. Around all the great places to eat but not too near. So it wasn't noisy at all at night. But we were on level 7 so not sure about other levels.

The slight downside is that they are prompt about checking in and checking out timing. And the breakfast isn't simple. I'd say you can get better breakfast in the area.

Very conveniently located on a bustling, brightly lit street near both the Sannonmiya subway and JR stations. EAven though our room faced the street the traffic noise wasn't an issue. This is an ideal location to experience Kobe, being not far from the waterfront and the upmarket shopping district, and a one-stop subway ride to the attractions around Shin-Kobe station. Check in was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and spacious. We particularly appreciated the complimentary espresso coffee during the day in the lobby and the complimentary ice cream in the evenings. A lovely way to finish the day.

Modern and clean with spacious rooms and fabulous bathroom which includes a deep, structured bathtub and separate power shower in a wet room. Breakfast is more continental style with hot and cold choices and is a little limited but we found it fine. The hotel has free ice cream with toppings everyday for guests from 20:00-22:00 as well as free coffee ( espresso machine) and teas.

The hotel is in a popular position with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. There was some noise from late night revelers and skateboarding people. This was irritating for light sleepers.

Second time I go to this hotel, and it was very great. The staff listened my requests again, the room is big and very comfortable, the hotel is close to Sannomiya station but very quiet, and there are all the facilities (iron, washing machine and dryer) for business closes. I love the shower room.

The hotel is a clean and modern part of an otherwise "dirty" part of Kobe. Can't fault the hotel for the general atmosphere outside on the street, so this hotel scores higher than the score I would give Kobe as a whole (or at least this area of Kobe). Staff was very nice and the dining lounge was nice with complementary coffee and places to seat and work or eat food you purchased and brought back to the hotel. There's a Donki right across the street and we were walking distance from Sannomiya Station Bus Terminal, which we used to get to Awaji Island.

Hotel was great overall, the Sannomiya area of Kobe was just not our cup of tea.

Fantastic location, literally seconds from some excellent restaurants and a couple minutes from the main shopping area. Solid breakfast every morning and lovely staff. Helped us several times with issues where we lost items. Bathroom was a good size and beds were comfortable. Glad we went for the slightly larger room with a small bench. Fast internet. It was nice to see when laundry was done using the room TV!

Wish it had more to its own restaurant. They just serve breakfast, curry at lunch, and drinks at night. While the room was comfortable, it really is a tight squeeze if you have several suitcases. The price is right but you don't get a lot of wiggle room.

Hotel is located in the centre, most attractions and restaurants are nearby. The room was spacious enough, quiet, clean. Laundry and a (small) gym are in the hotel. Nespresso coffee machine that can be used all day! Moreover, free ice cream every evening from 8-10pm.

Staff could smile a bit more (was a bit surprising compared to what we experienced in other Japanese hotels), but they are always eager to help. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special, and items were sometimes missing or not replenished.

The hotel is very clean. The atmosphere is casual, but stylish. I like their lounge space. Guests can use the space freely to hung out.

The bathroom door of the room we stayed is glass & the layout of the room made us difficult to manage privacy for family unit with an adult child. In house laundry room was very convenient, but often they were not available a lot. We had wait & woke up in the middle of night to use & pick up….
