Loved the breakfast - plenty of choice and delicious. The stay was worth it just for the breakfast! The laundry room was handy as we needed to wash some clothes. The rooms were well appointed, and the bath was great. Location near 2 train stations was good, too. Be aware there are multiple stations with Kobe in the title, so check which one you need.

Our room felt hot and a bit stuffy, but the other 2 rooms used by other family members seemed fine. The pillows were a bit high for me. Room quite small - not much room for luggage. But hangers and fabric freshener provided.

Great location. Just a 5 minute walk to kobe station. Room has all your basic amenities even though it is a bit small. Lots of power outlets available and the TV also has netflix, youtube, hulu etc in-built.

Security could be better. The lift goes all the way down to B1 where the station is so anyone (public) can take the lift up to the rooms too. There is no key card requirement to select the floor you want to go to.

Everything is well-arranged in a neat and small space. One double bed for couple with a table and 2 cosy chairs. Bathroom and toilet are equipped in same room with full amenities. Clean and convenient with coin laundry room at 7th floor (but without laundry detergents). There combini at the entrance of the hotel, with lobby and reception at the 1st floor (above).

Nothing special to dislike, they are all fine

1. just above HS35 railway station, easy access to other parts of Kobe 2. inside shopping mall access to hotel 3. there was housekeeping every day 4. coin laundry machine available 5. convenience shop nearby 6. I was at 12/F, no noise from outside traffic 7. very powerful shower

It was really clean everywhere. SevenEleven was just a minute away. Also close to the Kobe station and Kobe Harbour Land. The luggage service is also beyond expectations.

Need to wait for the lift for a long time. It is confusing to recognize which floor is to go out. A more outstanding sign to indicate the lift to reach the reception would be appreciated.

Excellent location - connected to the Kobe station, so it's really easy to get to. The staff was also very polite. Though the hotel looks a bit old on the outside, the rooms look modern, clean and most importantly they were really comfortable! The single rooms were compact but didn't feel small; there was even a bathtub in the toilet.

There's a big Supermarket "Life" next to the hotel and 7-11 the same building. There's an entrance by elevator from sub way to the hotel but I never knew it until I checked out and found it myself, I didn't see any guideline or get suggestion from the staff. It'd could be better if the guess know that before check in.

Some staff cannot speak English.

Great facilities, very close to major train lines, clean and comfortable rooms, efficient and friendly staff.

My bed smelled bad. The pillow was really hard and uncomfortable. The duvet smelled really musty as if it was washed and not dried properly, and not changed between guests.

Comfy, all you need, good location to the Harbor and metro, inner city also good reachable by foot, nice staff, vending Maschine, convince store downstairs

English language seems to be a problem, but overall in Kobe. No USB C Adapter or other adapter for foreign plugs. Normally hotels provide such things.

Everything was well thought through. The layout of the room as well as the amenities were perfect. The location and integration with surrounding facilities, convenience store as well as metro access was simply amazing. Would stay here immediately again and nearly didn't want to leave.
