I've stayed in quite a few APA hotels, and this has one of the best onsen and spa facilities I've experienced - with a sauna, and the outside bath offered a nice view of the city and stars at night 🌙 Also the desk staff were amazing when I left my wallet in a konbini and they helped me get it back.

No complaints.👍 Maybe the onsen spa could be open until 1 or 2am, as I've become used to in other APA hotels.

A good business hotel, close to a subway station. Breakfast is fantastic, with infinite options. Micro wave available to heat your obentos, laundry, a very good onsen including a rotenburo (open air hot pool). Air conditioning in the room. Clean, well-managed, friendly staff. Definitely worth the stay and highly recommended.

As in every business hotel in Japan, the room is small for two people. But this doesn't take away any point from the excellent hotel evaluation.

Staff were exceptional - available, kind and willing to help. First night we were tired and opted for pizza delivery and one of the employees was more then happy to help us through delivering over the phone. Although room was very small; It was all we needed considering our itinerary, it was tidy, had all the right facilities & the shower was awesome. At the price point we paid - no issue. Located conveniently close to Marunouchi Station, several convenience stores, only two stops from Nagoya Station & a close walk to Nagoya Castle! No issues with organising of luggage holding before and after check-in/check-out.

Laundry machines on top floor, with the spa, only one washing machine/dryer on male & female side each.

Excellent staff …it has both male and female spas with plenty of opening time. Some other hotels we have stayed only have one with separate times M/F which doesn’t really work for couples. NB not all APA have spas. Looks like they are in a refurbishment programme at this APA.

It’s an old APA … poor room layout (could not see TV in bed) normally they are on the wall at the foot of the bed this was to the right on the desk actually behind our heads … low bed … we saw evidence that this APA is being refurbished and modernised … it does need it … in comparison to the newer / refurbished APA .. this one was not as good a value .. I’m sure it will be right after refurb.

Baths were awesome. I picked this hotel for the onsen. It wasn't crowded and had options. The outdoor bath is warm, the indoor bath is hot and they had a cold indoor bath too. They had a sauna as well. I loved the yakuta provided but wish they had a smaller size for the kids. It was easy for me to notify the hotel that we would check in one hour later than we had already scheduled and notified them we would arrive via the app. When we slid 15 minutes past midnight for check in, it was fine. We called the hotel and they said they would be there. There were 3 workers at the hotel desk past midnight to check us in no problem. We did have one party member that could speak Japanese so check in was smooth for us.

Beds were quite firm and the pillows lacking. I'm foreign and used to softer bedding though. There were not room options for more than one child staying with us. I'm not sure if they were booked for larger rooms or they just can't accommodate families. We booked 3 double bedrooms for 3 adults and 3 kids, one adult and one kid per room. My kids are young and we could have fit in two rooms but they didn't allow 2 adults and 1 kid to occupy a double bed. Or 1 adult and 2 kids to occupy a double bedroom.

For being a one person room, it was quite large. I was able to fit my checked luggage right next to the door and didn't have to use the under bed storage. The location was convenient, but if you are planning to start your day (as a solo traveller) between 7-9am, 丸の内駅 Marunouchi Station (the subway station right in front of the hotel) is crowded at those times just as a heads up.

Location is very convenience, just around 200 meters from Marunouchi Metro station (Red line) exit 3. An escalator is only half way to the exit way, not good for the heavy luggage. If you have luggage, I would recommend you to use the elevator which is in between exit no. 3 and 4. Please see the map details in th station area again. I can't remember exactly. The family mart is next to the hotel.

I stayed here for 5 nights but the drinking water was provided on the day of arrival only. I was on the 3rd floor which is the vending machine was located, there maybe some noise from there.

Extremely cost-efficient place. Bed and room sizes were not the biggest but remained reasonable. Shower was clean and comfortable, not to mention the luxurious outdoors public bath (and spa) on the rooftop. Takes a minute walk to the Marunouchi metro, and around 30 minutes to the Nagoya train station. Family mart directly downstairs.

Room was not well ventilated because the handle of the window in one of our rooms was broken - which means the window cannot be opened - but the other room with the proper handle enjoyed fresh air. Wi-Fi was unfortunately extremely slow.

The room and toilet size. You cannot go to the bed coming from the side. You have to crawl your way to the bed from the bottom end before you can actually lie down. The toilet has very little space. Every time you need to wash your hands, i always hit the toilet paper.

The convenience, the easy access to the onsen. The room was comfortable. I managed to do some yoga in the room. It would be nice to have access to a yoga mat and possible space too :) I always like a kettle in the room for myself. No need for a coffee machine :)

Everything was satisfactory! No issues at all.
