It was easy to walk to this hotel from the train station; level pedestrian walkways. Love the onsen facilities. Love the laundromat (200 yen) only for wash; dryer no-charge. Staff is exceptionally friendly. The breakfast options were ample, and they had different options for the 2 mornings that we were there. Across the road from the hotel (directly opposite Richmond Hotel which is next to Super Hotel) is a fabulous ramen restaurant, Shishimaru. Note there's another ramen restaurant next to Shishimaru that you might mistake for it. There's a roped queue for Shishimaru (it's worth the wait, and being ramen, turnover is relatively fast). Do note there's another Super Hotel just 2 buildings away which does not have onsen.

They offer late check out but they do charge 1000 Yen per hour.

Location wise, it's nearer to JR Shinkansen, but not Meitetsu station. Very good onsen though a bit small. Great breakfast too! If you like to rent a car, there are at least 2 shops just nearby the hotel. There are also eateries and convenience stores just around the corner. Very huge TV screen in the room and there is no card key needed. Just need to input pin on the keypad at the door.

Unfortunately, the window is opaque and cannot see the outside view.

The hotel is designed by thoughtful mind. This can be observed form many of the small little details

The hotel is not so good in communication with foreigners (1) There are actually 2 Super Hotels adjacent to each other. Foreigners will easily be confused which one they have booked. (2) For whatever reason the hotel says "No internet access available" at Booking.com (3) The cleaning staff said that guests are not allowed to enter room during cleaning time, from 10am to 3pm. If this is true, it is really strange.

Great and friendly staff with impeccable service, free happy hour, and a good breakfast included. There is also the option to choose your preferred pillow, and the hotel offers nice amenities. It is conveniently located close to the station. The check-in process is easy, and they were kind enough to store our luggage both before our booking and on the day we were leaving.

Size of the room and the bathroom.

The whole experience is better than expected. The staff is so kind there where you can leave your luggage there if you arrived earlier. The breakfast is also great. I stayed there for 4 nights and the amazing thing is that the dishes were different everyday.

It’s new, clean and cozy. To be able to get into hot spring after a busy day is awesome. The staff explained everything clearly and also friendly. The breakfast was nice.

It locates between two train stations. It’s not a problem for me but I guess some people might have the concern.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station, with nearby restaurants, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast.
