It is conveniently located near the train station. The price is good and there was housekeeping offered daily.

The room is very small. Bathroom sink and bathtub shared one tap mixer. I am 1.65 metres tall and anyone bigger would have a tough time fitting in the bathroom. There was only an Eco card option that customer could put on the door to opt out of cleaning but still have towels provided. It would have been better if this was the case for only changing of bedsheets as most people would want trash disposal and cleaning. I did not use the Eco card as I wanted the trash disposed of daily and the room to be cleaned. I would propose that hotel offers 3 options instead: Please Do Not Disturb, Please Clean My Room (including change of bedsheets and towels), and Eco Card (clean, change towels but no change of bed linen).

Thank you very much for the enthusiasm and help of the three of you, which allowed a family from abroad to smoothly overcome their difficulties. This morning, our 3-year-old baby suddenly vomited. When checking out, the hotel staff took the initiative to help, providing towels and vomit bags, and also recommended a hospital that caters to foreigners and called a taxi for us. For our journey that was affected, the hotel staff also patiently answered our questions.

Overall is all good at its room rate.

Very convenient location---walking distance from train station and out bound bus terminal(we took the long distant bus to the outlet park). Lot of malls around. just 2 stop form the other shopping area(Sakae). The amenities are of good varieties. Coffee is great, especially the decaf.

Room is small. We have 2 luggage cases(its winter) and I can only open one at one time. The space for opening one is still small--just outside the toilet. One side of our double bed is against the wall. Wondering if they have the option of 2 small bed. they could be relocated so that the headboards are under the window. In this case there will be a small aisle between the beds

Recommend for solo girl to stay, place is safe and comfort. Very close to Nagoya train station and just walking 3-5 mins depend on your walking speed. There is underground shopping mall things to eat and buy. My phone got problem with water and needed emergency repair, so I went down to the ESCA underground shopping avenue and done in 1 hours. All around the people are helpful and kind. Thanks for your security and helpful staff.

It’s just opposite to the Nagoya JR station. There are 2 Sanco-Inns. If you go to the wrong one, they can always direct you to the right one. Staff are helpful and friendly. It’s good to have the laundry in the hotel, especially in such a hot summer in Japan. There are quite a number of eateries near the hotel, not to mention the restaurants in the JR station. There are convenient stores nearby. I highly recommend their massage. I am very much into massage and do it wherever i go. Their massage should be one of the best i’ve tried. Despite that i don’t talk to the lady which parts of my body need to specially take care of due to language barrier, she actually hits all points, and even some parts I don’t quite notice. For that i gave her full score. I would be happy to come back for the hotel because of their massage.

Nothing comes to my mind

Location was excellent. Only 1-2 mins from JR nagoya shinkansen. The toiletries provided were comprehensive (different hardness of tooth brush, hair tie, socks, cleanser, toner etc). There was also a pillow bar.

Nothing but if I have to be picky, the soundproofing could be better. I am a super light sleeper and I can hear a bit of muffled snoring noises from next door.

Toilet is compact but fully equip with everything you need. Bathtub is small but suffice for you to take a rest after long day. Location is superb surrounded by restaurant and minimart. Kios allow you to catch train in early morning. Even though they not accept early checkin, front officers are very welcome to keep our luggage.

It would be great if we can have more softer bedsheet and pillow.

Good japanese breakfast. Hotel is at Taiko-dori side exit. On the road you will see the sign board "docomo" cross the road and the hotel is on the left. You can walk Esca mall underground exit 4 staircase only and exit 5 with escalator

Room toilets has a level up which is uncomfortable for the knees.

Great location, amazing value. We stayed for 5 nights, and even so, we did not get sick of the breakfast. They definitely got the fundamental breakfast dishes nailed down. The room was basic and, as expected, small. However, given that we were there on business, it was sufficient for our purposes. It was also clean with sufficient amenities. There was a self-service luggage storage area too, which we used on the first and last days without hassle.

In spite of the great location, the area around the hotel is a tad too rowdy. There were construction noises late into the night, and seemingly drunk people shouting beneath the hotel as we were trying to get some sleep. Mind you -- we were on the seventh story. Eventually these noises did die down, so this information is for early sleepers like ourselves. The entrance to the hotel was also next to a smoking area and we often had to tolerate the second-hand smoke as we walked into and out of the hotel.

Great location walking distance to train and bus station. It is also conveniently located at the entrance of exit 4 of esca mall altho there’s a smoking area just in front of the hotel. Staff were very helpful. For the price and location, this was very reasonable.

Due to lighting and colour scheme, single room looked a bit dated. It felt a bit tighter due to arrangement of furniture. The door to my room was a bit wonky at times, so had to check that it locks properly.
