It was not too little I was worried previously. But its not easy to find accoms with a double bed. Lots of them would be single beds/twins. The room n bathroom was clean, view was good, location was good to move about. Room was tidied up every day which is typical of hotels in Asia. Wifi was good. Breakfast was great. Not too many but sufficient n presented nicely n reasonably priced

If staff would have a bit better English, at least the basic one. If instructions in English were given in using TV etc. An encouragement more than critical. They were all very patient n polite. Thank you.

Room is super clean and definitely a value for money. There’s also a grocery store nearby that opens till midnight so super convenient if you want a quick midnight snack before bed and don’t want to travel far. I went there with my family and my 1.5 year old loves it!

Parking was a bit confusing so we didn’t end up renting a spot there. The spots were 2 in a row in front of each other which make us wonder how do you move your car if you are the spot at the back…?

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the hotel was located in a convenient spot: near a convenience store and the monorail. In general a good hotel if you're doing a short stay in Naha.

The carpet could be a bit cleaner. The room was also quite small. It works when you're staying for a couple of nights only with no big suitcases, but it would be a bit cramped to stay for a longer period. If you're a light sleeper I would also recommend bringing earplugs.

The breakfast is worth the extra cost as there are many choices and quite a few Okinawan dishes served each day. The hotel is quiet and comfortable and the staff are very helpful.

The hotel is a bit farther away from the center of town and the monorail if you are relying on public transit, but it's an excellent value for a very comfortable stay. If you have a car and want a quiet and comfortable hotel, this is a great location.

Great location, a short walk to the Rui Rail, Asahibashi station. 15 min to the airport. Breakfast was AMAZING. Such a clean facility. We stayed at a different hotel the last day but still went back to this hotel for their breakfast! Great staff as well. After trying different hotels in the area, this was the best.

Small room but still cozy and was perfect for what we needed, a place to sleep and shower!

Hotel Tissage was the most pleasant hotel experience I have ever had in my life. I am a physically disabled wheelchair user and a vegetarian, and my Japanese is very limited. The staff here went out of their way at every turn to help me find restaurants to eat at, cab rides to places I needed to go to, and even wheeled me twice to the local 7-11 (5 minutes away) to help me withdraw cash, waiting for me and wheeling me back with never a complaint. Some of the staff speak excellent English or Chinese, and those who don't were quick to use translation apps to help me communicate with them. Rooms are spacious, clean, and secure, such that I never felt cramped or uncomfortable. The bathroom was made with elderly or disabled people in mind, with an easy to use tub and detachable shower, even including a "panic cord" in case you slipped in the shower, and a seat at the back of the tub for ease of use. The toilet is a washing unit with instructions in Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese, and Braille, very comfortable and easy to use. Breakfast is the only meal served, and offers a continental style assortment of Japanese fare, all of it tasty and affordable. Wifi is fast and reliable. I suppose that the room and breakfast are relatively standard for Japanese hotels; but I have never in my whole life stayed in a hotel where the staff were as friendly, accommodating, and helpful as Hotel Tissage. The rates are also much cheaper here than at other hotels I searched, and everywhere I've wanted to go has been about 10-15 minutes away by cab, leading me to believe that it is fairly centrally located. I can't recommend it enough!

The only thing I wish were different is that I only found one electrical outlet in the room. It could use more in different locations, but it is serviceable. Power is activated by putting the key card in a slot by the door.

We were overall in a pretty decent location. Kokusai-dori street wasn't too far a walk, neither were the waters, and convenience stores were closeby. Our hotel room was quite small, but enough space for two people. You could easily go to the floor where ice is available and staff was nice as well. Toiletries and towels were always available.

There was a smell coming from the bathroom, but after we aired out the room, it wasn't too bad. Our fridge was also a bit disappointing, nothing was kept cold enough.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Modernly designed too! They changed the amenities daily. The place is near the airport and accessible by bus/ train. Staff was kind and you can leave the luggage at the front desk if you want to explore the area before/ after check in.

The wifi was really bad. We stayed out the whole day and we didn't really need to use the internet, but I don't think this place is ideal if you are going to use it for work.

For the price – but not only for the price – this hotel was a comfortable, cozy, clean, soothing place to be. There were lots of little unexpected luxurious touches. The breakfast, as other reviewers have said, was superb.

The location is a bit inconvenient, in terms of distance from the nearest train and bus stops. It's a bit of a challenge to get to nearby attractions (Makishi market, Kokusai-dori) especially in hot weather.

Room was very clean and quiet. Hotel provided guest with nice pajamas and toiletries. Hotel staff was extremely helpful, friendly and elegant.

No lobby no TV areas to hangout during typhoon or extreme rain showers. I understand weather cannot be predicted. Hotel should provide an area to lounge during weather issues instead just in the room.
