We stayed in room 1411, right up the top. It was a beautiful view, and the $18 pool was very worth it. The location was roughly a kilometre from the closest train station, and roughly 1.5 km from all the main shops and bars. It is close to Naha airport, but it is very far away from the aquarium and all those other attractions. We went to hacksaw Ridge, and it took us roughly an hour with walking and public transport. Other than that, the staff were amazing. And the rooms were very large. It was also very good value for money.

Very clean and beautiful room and hotel in general. Nice breakfast with a lot of different possibilities.

Apparently you have to pay to use the pool wich wasn’t clear when we booked it. Maybe a little misleading when their “profile picture” is their pool. And it wasn’t clear either that you can’t use the pool if you have tattoos. Maybe they could write it more clearly on their booking site. We booked it but there wasn’t enough chairs where you could lay down, so overall not the best experience with the pool. The hotel location was a bit further away from the big streets, beach and other attractions than expected. It took a minimum of 30 minutes to walk to anything besides a convenience store.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable! There was a mirror in my room that doubled as a tablet where you can see if the restaurant is congested, watch YouTube, order room service, check out later, etc. It's very useful. It's nice that they don't charge extra for room service and the options are good, and I like that last order is at 10pm. The area has a lot of taxis driving by slowly so it was easy for me to hail them down when I needed. The pool is aesthetically pleasing. Just be wary that the hotel across the street has windows at eye level; when I was there an older gentleman kept opening his curtains and waving lol I also like that the pool is open until 11pm. My room was very cozy and the area around the hotel is very peaceful.

The meals are kind of expensive for their quality. The pool is really cool but only when it's not full. Also, charging 1800 per day to use the pool is probably useful to avoid congestion but it's hard if you don't want to spend that much. I think the sauna should be a separate charge because not everyone may want to use it. The beds and pillows are a little hard. The couch in the room was more comfortable lol The elevators also take a long time so be sure to not leave anywhere in a rush. Lastly, the area is 15 min walking to the closest station so be prepared to walk a little.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area of Naha. It’s tucked between the airport and the harbour. The latter being quite convenient if you plan a trip to the nearby islands or intend to scuba dive. The hotel is really clean and offers a variety of services : bike rental (free), swimming pool and sauna (not free), laundromat… The staff speaks English and is very helpful to book taxis, restaurants, etc. The room I had was fairly big compared to what I’m used to in Japan. It’s quite a big hotel (over 200 rooms) but never feels like it, which I did appreciate.

If I were picky, I’d say the location is a bit far from the city centre. But Naha being a small place, it’s not that far. Also the toilet paper is of very cheap quality. Thankfully in Japan they have the water jet included in the toilet seat.

We took a room with two beds on the 12th floor with breakfast included in the price. The room is comfortable and of sufficient size, yukatas, towels, slippers and a hair dryer in the room, other amenities are available at the reception. The room also has a dehumidifier, air conditioning and a TV, there were no foreign odors. The restaurant downstairs is quite good. The building also has a swimming pool, sauna, washing machines, but we did not use all of this.

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the train and bus station, you need to walk about 15 minutes.

The hotel is situated in a quiet location in Naha itself. This hotel is more convenient to get to via car than public transport. Do note that parking is via the car lift where the staff there will be ready to help you with the parking process. The room we got was quite big for a Twin room, so much so that we got plenty of space to open up our luggages. The corridors of the hotel rooms area is open to the wind so do becareful when you are there. Lastly, the staff are very nice and helpful with our check-ins, the lift parking process and more.

We realised that the aircon airflow blade is slightly dirty and we had to wipe them abit to make it look cleaner than before. Apart from that, the aircon works fine..

It's a 7 minute walk to a small area that has a nice quiet view of the ocean with a small sandy area you can dip your feet in the water. It's clean, the room was spacious, and staff was friendly. For the price, it's hard to beat.

All the shopping and tourist stuff is on the other side of Asahibashi station. So you're about a 15 minute or more walk from that area. Also, I think it's silly to require additional payment from guests to use the pool and sauna.

Very modern hotel, great rooms and really friendly staff. There is a supermarket a couple of blocks away and free bike use.

It's a walk to all the transport stops, only 10 minutes flat so that's easy enough but meant it was a £10 taxi ride each way to the airport. Whilst it said there was a charge for the pool, charging per day makes it an expensive treat, the same with breakfast. If these had been included in the price of the stay I'd have given this a 10 rating.

Clean and modern room with a nifty smart mirror, very imoressive little feature! Double room was a perfect size for me as a solo traveler. Kind and helpful staff. Big supermarket in the neighbourhood as well as some nice local shops. Close to the bus stop and a 10 to 15 min walk to the central bus station. Nice and quiet neighbourhood, yet you can find yourself in the hustle and bustle of the city center in no time.

Staffs are very professional, knowing how to communicate with people who don't understand Japanese (using a translation device), very patient in explaining their facilities, answering questions. They also helped me print out an A4 document, which I highly appreciate. The hotel is clean and well-designed. The room space is reasonable and comes with an extra sofa. There is a rooftop swimming pool and sauna, reasonable extrance fees.
