This is the second time I stay at this hotel. Of course I like it because the price is easy so I can stay longer to enjoy a holiday in the Oita area. Not only that, but basic needs facilities have also been met as well as easy access to various modes of transportation such as stations, bus stops and restaurants. The staff service is also very friendly, adding to the positive impression of this hotel. and maybe I will still choose this hotel when I visit Oita again, or the hotel branches spread across other areas of Japan to enjoy my next holiday.

We really enjoyed how close it was to the station, there are many shops and convenience close by too. We did karaoke near by and it was so much fun! Our best experience with staff too in Japan as we left a bag on a train in Kumamoto and the staff at my stays helped us get it back by translating what it looked like and the time of the train arriving etc. Thank you so much!

sound insulation not great. gap between the bath and wall, so water accumulated there, otherwise very good for the price. We always have a good time at my stays.

I am always worried about the parking situation whenever I make a decision to stay anywhere, and I saw there was parking available on-site for this hotel. I was aware that it would be limited, and upon arrival, the lot was already full. But, there was a staff member outside of the lot, that directed us to another accessible lot nearby. He gave us a map and explained the price breakdown based on the duration of our stay, even comparing it to the hotel's own parking fee and it was comprable. I was very pleased and appreciative of his help!!

I genuinely have nothing to complain about. For this price, this place was far better than I could have possibly expected.

The location is very convenient, lots of bus stop nearby, and the breakfast is delicious, with all of the friendly and very kind staff...they accommodate us with warm genuine smile on their faces...amazing place to stay..I will definitely come again...

Staff were so incredibly helpful with parking and recommending restaurants in the area. Facilities were clean and washroom was sufficient. Beautiful lobby as well, and breakfast looked delicious.

Nice amenities with a great view from the penthouse room. The car stacker was a new experience which I enjoyed too

The hotel location is good as it is near to a shopping street and many restaurants. The breakfast is nice too.

The hotel parking was full so we had to park nearby.

Some dirt and spots on the carpet. The style in the room wasn’t really taking off shoes like most Japanese places.
