This APA hotel is very good. Located very close to shin-Osaka station, very comfortable if you are traveling around Japan. Easy for day trips to Kyoto and other places. The area is quiet ( you don't hear the trains), not too much going on around. The staff was polite and helpful. Some speak English, some not. Breakfast was tasty, Japanese style, not too much choice, but enough for me. Some people wrote in the review that it's impossible to control the A/C in the room. Well in my room it was possible - you have a/C display on the bed. The bed is super comfy , I slept well.

I booked a smoking room, and it was a mistake. The smell is terrible. And no matter how long you open the window, the smell ain't disappearing. The staff gave me device to clean the air, it helped a bit. If you are able not to smoke, better choose a non-smoking room. There is no smoking area at the hotel.

- The location is fine. I mean it is not on the main road but not far from Shin Osaka Station. - You get full double bed for reasonable price. This issue is very crucial when it comes to booking a room in Japan, double room sometimes mean small bed with two pillows. If you are not a couple of two small persons, it can be a problem. - Standard APA Amenities. - Relatively new.

- APA always builds its hotels next to one another which sometimes can be confusing when looking at the map. I have my lesson learnt. My solution is walking into the nearest APA you can find, the staff would kindly lead you to the right one. - This branch's hair dryer seems to be smaller than the other one and of course, it dries your hair much slower.

I enjoyed the fact that the room was clean and compact. It was close to a convenience store so I was able to get dinner and eat in my room. I also liked how close it was to the station so when I realized I forgot to get gifts at 945pm I was able to dash and find a place still open. Check out was easy too. Staff were fantastic. If I am traveling for work again I will stay here.

The location was confusing there is another APA but it is on the main road. This is one is located a bit behind on a separate street. Not the end of the world but something that took me by surprise. The staff at the other location seem to be used to this mix up though. I also didn't like how every time I entered the room the tv turned on. Luckily it was an easy fix.

The room was clean, the bed and the TV very big. The location is very close to Shin-Osaka station and squeezed in between three different convenience stores.

The pillows were hard (but that’s a personal preference) and the air conditioning was not working properly (it kept going on and off) and thus the room was just too stuffy.

Staff were amazingly polite and helpful. I went to a different APA hotel and the lady on reception walked me to the correct hotel about a few minutes' walk away. The room was very comfortable and clean – I had everything I needed. I booked this hotel about 10 minutes before I arrived and check-in was seamless. Price was very good too.

Great stay, staffs are very friendly and helpful. I had to borrow a travel adaptor and the staff couldn’t really get what I was asking for, and she brought a few adaptors to my door to clarify. Really nice of them!

They only served 1 bottled drink for the rest of the stay, although tap water is drinkable (just personal opinion)

Good for value of money. Friendly staff and comfy bed. A few Convenient stores and restaurants are located within walkable distance.

There are a few APA hotels around so it can be a bit confusing for the first time visitor. It is located about 13-15 min walk to the Shin-Osaka station.

Small compact boutique hotel located handy to major Shin Osaka station and several day trips. Staff were very helpful at all times and facilities were cleaned regularly.

Smallish rooms for our cases and hard to control air temperatures for a restful sleep.

Walking distance to the train was great, we only stayed one night and my son stayed 2 nights. I don’t remember if there was a convenient store close but there was a Pizza Hut! Staff was very nice and helpful as well. Pretty close to Dontonburi and not too far from Universal Studios.
